Once owned by the monks of St Michael’s Mount, this fabulous garden is full of statues and succulents – a gardener’s delight that makes the most of the warm climate it also boasts absolutely stunning views across the sea to St Michael’s Mount beyond.

 

Tucked away near Marazion, this sculpture garden is well worth a visit. With beautiful art instillations dotted carefully around an immaculate garden that includes woodland, streams, palms and exotic and sub-tropical plants, this is a very completive space with outstanding views. Give yourself a morning or afternoon to meander then make sure to visit Trenmenheere Kitchen for a spot of lunch, coffee or afternoon tea. From Thursday to Saturday they are open for evening meals, and with the incredible backdrop of the gardens and sea makes for a wonderful and unique dining experience. There’s a little shop selling local art and crafts, and if you’ve space in your car there’s a fab garden shop selling succulents in all shape and sizes as well as the more unusual air plants.
