This town house has two huge bay windows and a balcony for guests to soak up the wonderful views and atmosphere of St Ives. The house is of great interest to art lovers as it contains a brilliant art collection, including RA members' work. You are provided with complimentary spa and gym passes for the whole week at the 4 star St Ives Harbour Hotel, as well as chilled champagne on arrival and a delicious welcome pack.
The top floor is the perfect place to relax or socialise. There is a well stocked honesty wine bar along with tea and coffee making facilities. The designer modular sofa is a cosy place to watch the TV with full Sky package, play XBox or listen to music from the iPod dock. For an alternative experience, step onto the rooftop balcony, sit down with something chilled and watch the tide come in and out as the day goes on.
The kitchen/diner is on the first floor. The huge bay window with seating area enables guests to enjoy the fabulous views across the harbour and slipway, great to enjoy the bustle of the day, boats and seagulls, so sit and watch the world go by with music on the iPod dock or watch TV. The bespoke dining table allows you to sit comfortably while dining overlooking the bay. A well equipped kitchen has everything including an instant hot water tap, no need for kettles. The gas log burner adds to those cosy evenings in by the sea.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a deep Catchpole and Rye nickel bath. This bedroom has a large bay window with a sofa to curl on with a fantastic view of St Ives Bay. The wall mounted gas fire gives a romantic glow to the room. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower room and soft relaxing lighting. A twin bedroom is very comfortable for adults and children alike. The family bathroom is adjacent with a large deep bath and shower.
All bathrooms and bedrooms come with fluffy adult robes, towels, slippers, hair dryers and toiletries from local Cornish soap makers and The White Company. There are three bathrooms and a small cloakroom by the kitchen. In the basement there is a cold water tap so you can enter through the back door to wash the sand off your feet or off sandy dogs.
First floor - kitchen/dining room, double bedroom with en suite shower room and separate loo. Second floor - master bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom. Third floor - lounge/bar/balcony.

St Ives House has WiFi, full Sky package, Smart TV, Xbox and a great DVD selection with current films. There are iPod docks, a CD player/radio, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine. In the basement there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, ice maker and beach equipment including windbreaks, body boards, spades and towels. St Ives House has its very own parking space next to the St Ives Harbour Hotel Spa, of which you are a member for the duration of your stay. We show you where the space is and then drive you straight back to the house afterwards to start your holiday. The parking space and spa are a 10 minute walk from the house, an extra space can be arranged by request for £30 a week.
Along with some quirky features such as lighting from the old Concord Hangar, Heathrow and a Czech factory, most of the house was made by the designers, artists, builders, joiners, welders and Fisherman of the town. Once inside, you'll be mesmerised by the panoramic views of the harbour whilst the walls are adorned with art from internationally acclaimed local artists.
St Ives House has WiFi so if you need to keep in touch with the outside world you can.
A dog is very welcome, they even get their own welcome pack! We charge £30 per dog per week or short break.
