On cooler days put a match to the indoor wood burner and soak in your beautiful surroundings with vaulted ceilings, a twinkling chandelier and gorgeous bed set in the eves – just right for a romantic weekend away.
Living

Step through the front door into the eye catching open plan living space with limestone flooring throughout, warmed by under floor heating and soft rugs underfoot. The beautiful little kitchen is finished with wooden units hand painted in Farrow & Ball Hague Blue with sleek white marble worktops and a perfect antique table to dine at or read the morning news. Step up into the cosy sitting-room where the striking wood burner is flanked by an over-sized grey and acid yellow armchair and stylish grey sofa. For entertainment you will find a TV with Sky and DVD player, iPod dock and a Roberts Radio.

Exploring

Both Totnes and Ashburton boast a wealth of coffee shops, tearooms, pubs, restaurants and delicatessens. Ashburton is famous for the antique shops while Totnes offers a great diversity with a weekly market on Fridays. Sharpham Vineyards are well worth a visit with tours and of course a great place to get some lunch.

South Devon is becoming a foodie hotspot with 2 Michelin starred Gidleigh Park, (Executive Head Chef Michael Wignall), a delightfully rustic Michelin Starred country pub called the Treby Arms at Plympton with Masterchef Winner Anton Piotrowski at the helm and The Seahorse in Dartmouth.

There are four great pubs, all within a mile of Little Waddons; Coppa Dolla, The Monks Retreat, The Tally Ho and The Sea Trout.

Riverford Farm Shop and Field Kitchen is nearby, a food delivery can be arranged from the farm shop by prior arrangement and it's a delightful place for a great meal.

The steam railway at Staverton is a great way to reach Totnes and from there you can take a river boat to Datrmouth.
