Living

The gorgeous open plan living space lies on the first floor, with the main lounge area next to the kitchen and dining room and wood-burning fireplace. With beautiful oak flooring and under floor heating throughout, fabulous custom made sofas on which to sprawl, huge vaulted ceilings and of course those incredible views, this is a spot to curl up with a glass of something in hand and look out over the bay. In warm weather, the huge glass windows can be opened, leading out onto a breathtaking hardwood deck making the living space even bigger. In winter months you can snuggle up next to the sumptuous Stovax wood burner and marvel at the ever changing skies. There's a second living room with a large Smart TV, complete with hanging chair - perfect for catching up with your favourite TV series or curling up with a book. We love the miniature telescope for a bit of star gazing at night. If you're after a bit of peace and quiet, or need to catch up on an email or two, there's also a private study on the ground floor.

Eating

Whether you're a budding cook or a seasoned chef, the sleek Poggenpohl kitchen is a dream, complete with a range of Miele appliances to whip up a feast plus everything else you might need tucked neatly away, including a wide range of tableware, Le Creuset kitchenware and a Quooker tap for instant hot water for hot drinks and cooking. There's a long kitchen island with bar stools at one end for an impromptu snack or morning coffee, whilst the large dining table alongside, made from reclaimed wood and steel, has wonderful wrap-around views to gaze out on - just don't forget to eat!

Sleeping

There are four beautiful bedrooms at Seascape. The huge master en suite bedroom with super king bed is situated on the first floor with a gorgeous oak floor, under floor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows which open on to the end of the deck and huge vaulted ceilings which makes this a fabulously light space. The three further en suite bedrooms (one king size double and two twins) are downstairs, each with under floor heating as well as glass doors leading on to a patio made from rare Purbeck 'Leining Vein' stone. Each room is beautifully appointed in different styles and all with comfy beds.

Bathing

Each of the bedrooms is en suite, with the master bedroom and second king having a walk-in rain shower and a deep bathtub, whilst the two twin rooms each have a walk-in shower. All bathrooms have heated rails to keep towels warm and fluffy. Outside, you'll find a beach shower - perfect for washing off wetsuits and sandy toes.

Outside space

The exquisite dedication to style doesn't stop at the interiors. Outside, there's a hardwood deck directly off of the first floor with surrounding frameless glass balustrades leading to a raised grass terrace with tree log benches, whilst on the ground floor the bedrooms each have a patio area onto the pretty landscaped garden with mature trees and hedgerow. Electric gates close you off from the outside world and the driveway leads to a large double garage. Leading off the garage is a handy 'boot room' for stowing outdoor clothing and beachy things, whilst table tennis and badminton are also available should you wish to have a game or two.

Step out of the front door and you'll find lots to do in this lovely part of Dorset known as the Isle of Purbeck. Studland Bay is renowned as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has one of the country's best beaches. It's an extremely popular area due to its perfect mix of rolling countryside, long sandy beaches and panoramic views. Although only a few minutes by chain ferry from the famous Sandbanks Peninsula, the peace and tranquillity on this side of the river feels like another world. The village has a popular pub, The Bankes Arms, with its own microbrewery, as well as a village shop with a good selection of local produce and treats. The village is home to The Pig on The Beach, a chic restaurant and a much sought after dining destination for foodies.
