Living
Through the kitchen, you will find the exquisite living area with its striking midnight green ceilings and exposed Cotswold stone walls. Sleeping
Bright and airy, the master bedroom is so calm and peaceful; home to a deliciously large king size bed, crisp white French linen and sublime designer throws and scatter cushions. The high ceilings and skylight make this room the perfect spot for stargazing, whilst the nature-themed decor remains in keeping with the beautiful setting of this retreat.
For flexible sleeping arrangements, there is also an alluring single room filled with calming hues of green and grey and with plenty of storage space for luggage overspill.
Bathing
This retreat has a charming shower room with toasty underfloor heated tiles. Treat yourself to a long soak under the blissful rainfall shower with the sun shining through skylight window above. The tall ebony radiator ensures your towels are warm and fluffy.
Outdoor space
Out the front door and to the side of The Skirret you will find the sheltered and peaceful courtyard. Lay back with a glass of bubbles on the Adirondack loungers, have a go at creating your own pizzas on the Uuni Pizza Oven or just tuck into some lunch with the fresh country air. Sporting lush green countryside views, you can enjoy the far reaching views from your own little patch of heaven.

In the Area
You will find The Skirret in the pretty and idyllic village of Nether Westcote, a little slice of tranquillity hidden away from it all in the Cotswolds. This dainty village offers a plethora of local walks along the picturesque lanes and footpaths and are just steps away from the cottage door. Less than a two hour drive from London and yet completely surrounded by enchanting countryside, there are a variety of charming pubs such as the Feathered Nest Pub (only a 2 minute walk away!), prestigious National Trust sites like the world famous Hidcote and positively peaceful gardens such as Burford Garden Centre to discover.
Just a short drive away is the award-winning Daylesford Farm. Treat yourself to the delicious and organic produce here or try something new and take part in one of the many cookery and gardening workshops. Further along is Chipping Camden, a characterful and traditional market town bursting with life and activity. Filled with lovely limestone cottages and with a rich history, there is plenty to enjoy at Chipping Camden from its iconic landmarks like its Market Hall, now in the care of the National Trust, to its independent shops and centuries-old pubs. Of course you have the entirety of the Cotswold and a wealth of beautiful and local walks at your doorstep so grab your wellies and your walking guide and discover the honey-combe homes, thatched properties and rich woodlands and forests.
