The private residence of the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, Highgrove is a name everyone is familiar with. Open to the public on select days of the year, the gardens provide an escape into another world.

An important haven for a vast array of both flora and fauna, Highgrove Gardens in Tetbury are both innovative and inspired. Reflecting the Prince’s commitment to sustainability, the organic gardens have been created using sustainable techniques.

Featuring different themed gardens, including the kitchen garden and cottage gardens, and a wildflower meadow, the interlinked gardens are expertly maintained and have sought inspiration from all over the world. With influences from England to Tibet, each corner is awash with colour and life and is truly a delight to explore.

Visit the Stumpery and wander passed clipped golden yew lines along the Thyme Walk and rest a while next to the Lily Pool overlooked by a mighty bronze Borghese Gladiator.

If you would like to visit Highgrove, various guided tours can be arranged. Whether you would like to enjoy the decadent Champagne Tea Tour, a Group Garden Tour or Garden Tour with Supper, your experience is sure to be unforgettable. Subject to restrictions, the gardens are open between April and October each year.
