Perfect for nursing a hot cup of coffee over flowing conversation, the sink-in-able sofas are sure to tempt, while on sunny days the outside seating comes into its own.

For a more formal dining experience, take a table next to the French-shuttered windows in the restaurant and take in the views as you run your finger over the menu. As part of their daily-changing favourites, look forward to pan-fried seabass with buttered samphire, succulent Cornish lamb, roasted root vegetable risotto and locally-caught lobster. On Sundays, nothing will beat the restaurant’s traditional Sunday lunch, while balmy summer afternoons are all about cream teas on the lawn.

If you would like to visit, the Rosevine is open every day serving lunch between 12 and 2.30pm, afternoon tea between 2.30 and 4.30pm and dinner between 5.30 and 8.30pm.
