Living and eating

Anglezarke has an exquisite, vaulted open plan living, kitchen and dining space, with the sitting area lying to the front and the kitchen to the back.

With a gorgeous L-shaped velvet sofa beautifully positioned to make the most of the views over Anglezarke Reservoir towards the West Pennine hills, this is a wonderful spot in which to relax, whether after a busy day exploring or simply on a lazy afternoon, catching up on some much-needed rest. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors open on to the balcony, to allow the soft summer breeze to drift in and the sound of birdsong to be your soundtrack. In addition, there's a Smart TV when you want to completely switch off, plus a Bluetooth speaker.

Towards the back of the room lies the kitchen, fully bespoke with blush pink cabinets and white worktops. Complete with everything you'll need from the oven, induction hob and freezer to the dishwasher, microwave and all-important Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, it will satisfy the keenest of cooks. Just in front lies the upcycled Ercol dining table and chairs.

In addition, there's a utility room on the ground floor that houses the washing machine.

Sleeping and bathing

There are two gorgeous bedrooms to choose from, both en suite and on the ground floor.

The first bedroom, with breath-taking vaulted ceiling, boasts a king-sized Loaf French style bed, with stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. There's also a door that leads out on to the sunny patio - the perfect spot for morning coffee when you wake up. Alongside plenty of storage, there's an en suite shower room.

The second bedroom has a wonderful zip-and-link bed, meaning it can be made up as twins or kept as a super king-sized bed, for flexible sleeping arrangements. With a chest of drawers, occasional chair, and Tom Raffield lightshade, this is a beautiful room with en suite bath and shower room. Both beds come swathed in luxurious White Company linen, cloud-soft bedding and sumptuous cushions and throws for a deep, blissful nights' sleep. Both en suites have heated rails to keep towels warm and fluffy, and there's underfloor heating throughout all the rooms.

Outdoor space

For outside living, there's a balcony that leads off the sitting room, a sunny spot with incredible views. Here you'll find a table and chairs for four, whilst outside bedroom one there's seating for two, should you wish to have some privacy. In addition, there's further seating with a barbeque.
