A beautiful retreat, presented to a high standard in a deliciously quiet location. A warm welcome and helpful Host who made our stay special. Thank you.

The Apple Loft is an idyllic place, which feels far from the chaotic world, down tiny lanes, with walks across fields and to the pub by the river. Yet it is well equipped with all an appealing, fresh modernity. The apple-green refridgerator is a fun detail!

'Thank you for your hospitality, tremendous brownies and champagne- what a fabulous place to stay. The courtyard is a lovely little private sanctuary to enjoy some lovely sunshine om our last day. Really not wanting to leave. Our thanks to you, what a beautiful home this is'- October 2021

'What a gorgeous property and location for the second leg of our honeymoon! Thank you Alison for all the sweet touches such as champagne on ice and brownies which were delicious. All the recommendations were so handy particulary in todays current climate where lots are booked up. We had an incredible stay and will truly recommend to others' - September 2021

'What a lovely and peaceful haven, away from the rat race that is London. The weather was great too! Great to explore this bit of Cornwall, then to return to return to the calm of the Apple Loft, a comfy bed and a fab shower. Thanks Alison for your hospitality and welcome essentials - milk and brownies!' September 2021

'An amazing place! The Apple Loft is perfect for time away to relax and enjoy real luxury. Every detail of the cottage has been carefully considered and the bed is possibly the most comfortable I have ever experienced! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beaches, villages and coastal walks. We had a wonderful welcome from Alison - a jewel in the Cornish countryside! - August 2021

'This was a treat for my lad's birthday - and I was the one spoilt!!! By jaw dropping scenery as we walked the most magnificent coastline. Australia has met its match!!! And the most gorgeous setting to rest our weary bones. It has been such a lovely time - the kindness and generosity went beyond - never have I had pasties and a blanket delivered to a pub by my hosts. Yes would not have me shiver my way through the final - guest services extended to the marquee at the local pub. We will be back with our Aussie family and friends - this idyllic setting we so want to share with them.' - July 2021

' What a wonderful bolthole! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful accomodation. Thank you Alison for your help and warm welcome - we hope to return!' - July 2021

'Thank you for accomodating us at short notice at Apple Loft. We landed on our feet at a place which feels idyllically far from home and is yet so well equipped. We especialy loved the apple green Smeg refridgerator!' - July 2021
