The stunning lounge certainly makes the most of the uninterrupted views with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall glass sliding doors offering 180-degree sea views - just astonishing! If you can bear to tear your eyes away, there's plenty of seating for twelve with two extra-large sofas and occasional chairs, plus original artwork, slate floors, X-Box, Bose sound system and a huge Smart TV with Netflix for when a movie night calls.

Eating

Wow! Running from the front to the back of the house, this semi-professional chefs' kitchen is just fabulous and has everything you might need to rustle up tasty feasts, as well as the ever-present amazing sea views. There's a huge Falcon chefs oven and hob (with 6 rings), a Maytag American fridge freezer, second fridge, a bottle chiller, two islands for prepping and a host of other equipment to make dining a doddle. At the front end is the dining table which makes the most of the mesmerising views - just don't forget to eat!

Sleeping

There are six individually designed bedrooms, all en suite - five of them overlooking the sea and the sixth with garden views. On the ground floor you will find a gorgeous bedroom suite with a super king (that can also be made up as twins) which opens out on to the front terrace and boasts an en suite bathroom with double ended bath and ensuite shower room with extra-large shower. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms with en suite extra-large shower rooms, two with king size beds and one with a super king. On the second floor of the house there are two further bedrooms which have high vaulted ceilings and walls of glass both of which can be either a super king bed or twin beds, one has an en suite bath and shower room and the other a very large shower room. All of them come with sumptuous Egyptian cotton linens and fluffy white towels, TV with DVD players and the comfiest beds imaginable.

Bathing

As all of the bedrooms are en suite, you'll never fight over bath time! Four are shower rooms, whilst the other two have both a shower and a bath tub made for two. Each bath/shower room has been individually designed with heated rails to keep towels warm, as well as underfloor heating.

You've plenty to do right on your doorstep at Pebble House! It's just a short seven-minute stroll down to the historical heart and harbour of the 14th Century working fishing village of Mevagissey. You'll find lots of great places to eat and drink using local produce, crabbing, deep sea fishing trips, Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) lessons and you're also right on the South West Coastal Path for extraordinary coastal walks, whether on a glorious summer's day or for a brisk wintery stroll.

Pop in the car and explore the pretty south coast where you will discover many hidden beaches from Gorran Haven, Perhaver, Caerhays at the Castle to Pentewan sands and more; there's Fowey just up the coast a little - the hometown of Daphne De Maurier. Head west and you can explore the lovely Roseland Peninsula, St Mawes, Porthscatho, Falmouth, the Lizard and on towards Mousehole and the Minack Theatre. The north coast is about 50 minutes away where you can explore Padstow, the Camel Estuary and the gorgeous coastline around St Agnes, made famous again by BBC's Poldark.

Additionally, just a short drive away are the world-renowned Lost Gardens of Heligan (five minutes) The Eden Project (twenty minutes) and Charlestown (which doubled as Truro in Poldark) about fifteen minutes away.
