This charming cottage is the perfect pad for exploring the iconic seaside town of Padstow. Simply stylish and oh-so-comfy, this dog friendly homestay is ideal for families seeking a quiet yet easy-to-access home. Step through the door and each room offers a warm welcome, where modern country meets seaside loveliness. Sleeping six, one ensuite bedroom is in its own annex, ideal for those seeking a little privacy, whilst an enclosed courtyard garden provides outside living on warmer days. Just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Padstow, you have a plethora of shops and eateries on hand, whilst gorgeous sandy beaches are an easy stroll away. Pop in a car (or hire bikes) to explore the Camel Estuary, whilst further afield the wild and dramatic north Cornish coast awaits exploration.

Living

With a huge, comfy L-shaped blue sofa, exposed wooden flooring and roaring wood burner, the sitting room is simply divine and a joy to return to after a busy day out exploring. There's a Smart television with access to Netflix and a state-of-the-art Bluetooth sound system to create the playlist to your holiday.

Eating

The country-style kitchen with beamed ceilings, wooden worktops and granite tiled flooring is just lovely, and comes complete with everything you'll need to rustle up meals, with an induction hob and fan assisted oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and wine fridge plus freezer, washing machine and all the other essentials including a Sage bean to cup coffee machine. The kitchen is also home to a kitchen dining table for informal meals, whilst in the living area there's a more formal dining table and chairs - perfect for celebrations and get togethers.

Sleeping and bathing

There are three bedrooms to choose from, one of which is in its own annex, across the courtyard. The master en suite bedroom has a delightful wrought iron bed knobs-and-broomstick king sized bed, complete with dual aspect windows making this a bright, airy room with touches of regal purple. There's a chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and hanging space for clothes, whilst the en suite is a shower room. The second bedroom is a countryside-inspired twin room, where forest greens create a calming ambience, and dual aspect windows offer views over Padstow. This room has a built-in wardrobe with a chest of drawers to stow clothes away in - a perfect room for children or adults alike. This room has use of the family bathroom, which has a bath with shower overhead. The third en suite bedroom lies in its own annex, and boasts a charming white wrought iron double bed, built- in storage and en suite shower room - a great bedroom for those seeking their own space away from the main house. All beds come swathed in luxurious linens and bedding, whilst the bath and shower rooms have heated rails to keep towels warm and fluffy.

Outdoor space

Outside, you'll discover a gorgeous courtyard, complete with chairs and a coffee table for afternoon lounging or pre-dinner drinks.
