Special 'Just for Two' rate
A special 'Just for Two' rate applies outside of school holidays, peak weeks, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year. At Kitty's Cottage the discount is 20%. This is on the basis that only the master bedroom is used during your stay.

Living
Just wow! The exquisite yet homely living area is just stunning; retaining all of it's historical charm yet with all of today's modern comforts, there's a large wood burning stove to make things super-cosy on cooler days, two fabulously comfy sofas to recline on (complete with plentiful feather-filled cushions and throws) and traditional wooden shutters. We love the statement round mirror over the fireplace and perfectly selected pictures. Tucked away you'll find a television, plenty of games, jigsaws, books on the local area and even OS maps so you can plan your adventures.
Eating
Totally country chic, the super-cute kitchen is just lovely with wooden work surfaces, butler's sink, cream Rangemaster cooker and all the mod-cons you need to rustle up anything from a cream tea to Sunday lunch. We love the vintage touches, such as the vintage china, jelly moulds and cookery books. The dining room leads directly off the kitchen and the round dining table comfortably seats four. Walk through the double patio doors and on sunny, warmer days you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the courtyard.
Sleeping
There are three gorgeous bedrooms to discover. The master en suite bedroom boasts a king size Loaf Margot bed with antique restored French bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. We just love the little window seat for watching the world go by, and the fireplace filled with vintage books! The second bedroom is a double with gorgeous exposed floorboards. The super-sweet bunk room is just perfect for little ones with compact bunk beds and charming prints and nick-knacks to make your darlings feel right at home. All the beds are swathed in lovely Egyptian 400 thread count linens, lamb's wool blankets and sumptuous cushions.
Bathing
The en suite to the master bedroom is a sleek and simple wet room and comes complete with a heated towel rail to keep towels warm and fluffy. Additionally, there's a fabulous family bathroom complete with a free-standing bath and a separate shower.
Outdoor space
Outside you'll find a pretty courtyard with warm outdoor shower, chairs and table, charcoal barbeque and lots of herbs which you can use for cooking.
WiFi
Kitty's Cottage has WiFi so if you need to stay in touch with the outside world you can.
Baby friendly
A travel cot and high chair is provided - you'll just need to bring your own linen for the cot with you.
Dogs
One well-behaved dog is very welcome at Kitty's Cottage. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break.
Parking
You can usually park out front on the road or alternatively there is a pay and display car park on Trelawny Road by the library, which is just a minutes' walk away.
In the Area
St Agnes is a gorgeous small town, surprisingly un-touristy and full of fabulous places to eat and drink. For meals, head to Taste or Schooners for exceptional quality meals. The Sorting Office is a brilliant stop for exceptional coffee and lip-smackingly good cakes. There's also an excellent choice of pubs too, from the Driftwood Spars to The Tap House - both which offer great live music too. Just down the road is the fantastic Miner's Arms in Mithian - well worth a visit.
Trevaunance Cove is a great beach and within walking distance of Kitty's, whilst the incredible Chapel Porth beach with it's caves, old mines (as featured in the recent BBC adaptation of Poldark) and huge sandy beach at low tide is just a short drive away.
Being handily located on the North Cornish coast, you're also within easy reach of lots of fab places to visit, such as Godrevy with its immense beach and dunes, St Ives and the far West of Cornwall, Holywell Bay and across to the south coast and Falmouth, the Roseland Peninsula, Polperro and Truro.
