Living

The top floor is the perfect place to relax or socialise. There is a well stocked honesty wine bar along with tea and coffee making facilities. The designer modular sofa is a cosy place to watch the TV with full Sky package, play XBox or listen to music from the iPod dock. For an alternative experience, step onto the rooftop balcony, sit down with something chilled and watch the tide come in and out as the day goes on.

Eating

The kitchen/diner is on the first floor. The huge bay window with seating area enables guests to enjoy the fabulous views across the harbour and slipway, great to enjoy the bustle of the day, boats and seagulls, so sit and watch the world go by with music on the iPod dock or watch TV. The bespoke dining table allows you to sit comfortably while dining overlooking the bay. A well equipped kitchen has everything including an instant hot water tap, no need for kettles. The gas log burner adds to those cosy evenings in by the sea.

Sleeping

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a deep Catchpole and Rye nickel bath. This bedroom has a large bay window with a sofa to curl on with a fantastic view of St Ives Bay. The wall mounted gas fire gives a romantic glow to the room. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower room and soft relaxing lighting. A twin bedroom is very comfortable for adults and children alike. The family bathroom is adjacent with a large deep bath and shower.

Bathing

All bathrooms and bedrooms come with fluffy adult robes, towels, slippers, hair dryers and toiletries from local Cornish soap makers and The White Company. There are three bathrooms and a small cloakroom by the kitchen. In the basement there is a cold water tap so you can enter through the back door to wash the sand off your feet or off sandy dogs.
