Living
Leave your wellies on the front veranda and step into the cosy sitting room which features exposed stone, a comfy sofa with soft throws and the cutest little hobbit wood-burner - just perfect to warm your toes whilst indulging in a marshmallow filled hot chocolate or a bottle of wine or two.
Eating
A stylish kitchen awaits you with granite worktops and light painted units, colour co-ordinating Smeg fridge, a marvellous range to cook on and a sleek slimline wine cooler to keep your favourite tipple at that perfectly quaffable temperature. Fling open the French doors and eat al fresco on the outside raised dining area amongst the lush vegetation or gather around the chunky oak dining table with great views out over the beautiful cottage garden.
Sleeping
Two delightfully furnished double rooms await you upstairs, both with en-suites, so perfect for two couples or families alike - nobody has to share a bathroom! Sink into the romantic double bed in the sumptuous master suite with gorgeous linens, a handmade mattress and cosy throws, all creating the dreamiest nook. The second double room is small but perfectly formed with super comfy and stylish bed linen, a picture perfect sash window and bathroom next door.
Bathing
The master suite boasts a wet room with huge walk in shower (big enough for two!), floor to ceiling tiles and lots of mirrors with a really cute porthole window, whilst the double room has made the most of every spare inch with a free standing bath that's gloriously deep to submerge in.
There is a large, fully tiled wet room adjoining the master bedroom and a bathroom next to the double room complete with a compact but gloriously deep bath, great to have a full on soak after a day on the beach or walking the coast paths. For your 'convenience' there is also an additional loo in the utility room adjoining the kitchen.
Garden
Grandad's Cottage has a pretty raised garden to the rear of the cottage which gives a choice of area to relax in, from the sea viewing deck on the top tier of the garden to the built in seat on the patio to the sun loungers on the top terrace - the perfect spot for a G&T before dinner. For those looking for a tranquil retreat, take a seat in the gorgeous summer house or stop half way down the garden at the outside dining terrace, there is a place for each and everyone.
