Living
The elegant sitting room in shades of teal, grey and gold is home to three sumptuous sofas which nestle around the flickering wood burner, the perfect space for late evenings chatting together or watching a film on the 55" Smart TV. The huge window allows lots of light to filter through, whilst stairs lead up to the mezzanine level where you'll also find a chic cinema room completed with a wall-mounted Sony 65" TV and four Sennheiser wireless headphones. There's also a Monitor Audio wall speaker and a SONOS amp.
Eating
The large, open-plan kitchen and dining area is just perfect for get-togethers, and the kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with everything you'll need to rustle up meals and feasts. With a Smeg range cooker with built-in pizza oven, built in fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, Dualit appliances including a coffee machine and everything else you might need, you're set whether it's Christmas dinner or a simple supper. There's also a large kitchen island with four highchairs, whilst the dining table easily seats ten.
In addition, a separate utility room has a large freestanding fridge freezer, washer dryer and separate sink.
Sleeping
There are four gorgeous bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom and second bedroom lie to one end of the house, whilst bedroom three and four are accessed from a separate staircase in the living room.
The master bedroom is simply stunning and accessed via its own private staircase - so it's almost self-contained. With a vaulted ceiling, teal walls and dressing area, plus a sumptuous super king bed, this is a wonderful room to escape to at the end of the day. It has a private bathroom across the landing with a bathtub for two and separate shower. In addition, there's a romantic seat for two and storage for clothes. We just love the golden touches such as the mirror. A very luxurious, romantic room!
The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has a zip-and-link bed with buttercup yellow headboard, meaning it can be a double bed or twins. It also has a lovely dressing table, attractive circular mirror and fab locker-style storage. It has access to the ground floor shower room with 'Jack and Jill' doors.
The cosy third bedroom has an en suite plus a 4ft 6" double bed, en suite shower-room, chest of drawers and hanging space. We love the two fish-eye mirrors.
Bedroom four has another zip-and-link bed plus an en suite shower-room. In shades of grey and teal, this is a peaceful room with a dressing table, locker-style storage and archway mirror.
Each bedroom boasts beautiful linens, bedding, throws and cushions to ensure your nights' sleep is
deliciously long and luxurious.
Bathing
Two of the bedrooms are en suite, with the master bedroom having a gorgeous private bathroom across the landing with a bathtub for two, shower and twin sinks. Bedrooms three and four have en suites with showers, whilst there's a 'Jack and Jill' shower room on the ground floor which can be accessed from the second bedroom. Each have heated rails to keep towels warm and fluffy.

In the Area
Greystone lies within Dartmoor in the pretty village of North Bovey, complete with a village green, church and the Ring of Bells pub. Surrounded by untouched, wild beauty there's plenty of places to explore such as Becky Falls, Lydford Gorge and Wistman's Wood - all stunning examples of nature. Of course, there are lots of walks to be discovered too all over the moors, exploring the many Tors that dot the impressive landscape. Dartmoor has lots of lovely villages too - Chagford has lots of great places to eat and shop as well as an open-air swimming pool, whilst Lustleigh and Widecombe-in-the-Moor are extremely pretty. Other places of note nearby is Bovey Castle with its own spa and golf course (within walking distance of Greystone) and Gidleigh Park - both wonderful places to eat and relax. Exeter isn't far away and is a beautiful city with awe-inspiring cathedral, brilliant shops and plenty of places to eat. Totnes is also worth visiting with its alternative vibe and excellent steam railway which runs from Totnes to Buckfastleigh, via Staverton.
