With gorgeous interiors drawing inspiration from the nearby coastline, Seacliff enjoys open plan living with a focus on soft creams and blues, sumptuous woods and textured fabrics. There are five beautiful bedrooms to choose from, two with balconies and three with sea views, whilst the kitchen, dining and sitting room all lead into each other, creating a fabulously open space in which to spend time with each other. A snug, study and tiered gardens offer tucked away solitude when you need it too.
Set high above Ness Cove beach, this is a wonderful home from which to explore the beauty of South Devon, from the coastal villages and towns to the wilds of Dartmoor, and everything in between - just perfect!

Living
The exquisite sitting room is just a dream and comes complete with bi-fold glass doors that open out on to the front terrace, with swoon-worthy sea views to sit and gaze at. The patinated wooden floor, large charcoal sofa and armchairs come together beautifully and offer the ideal setting for lazy afternoons, whilst there's table football tucked away in an alcove and a full-sized shuffleboard in the hallway, for those who like a bit of competition! There's also Bluetooth speakers, to ensure you can play the soundtrack to your holiday.
In addition, there's a snug with huge 65-inch television, PlayStation 4, large sofa and chairs and glorious sea views - perfect for those seeking a quiet spot to catch up with a book, or it's a great den for children away from the parents!
Upstairs you'll also discover a study - ideal if you need to catch up on emails or need to make your stay a bit of a workcation.
Eating
For those that love to create in the kitchen, Seacliff certainly doesn't disappoint. With stunning white surfaces and cupboards and a large central island, there's plenty of space to whizz up feasts for your loved ones. There's a double electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave plus all the other essentials you'll need including that all-important wine cooler. In the utility, you'll find a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
Leading off from the kitchen lies the dining room, with large table easily seating ten. Patio doors lead out into the garden, meaning they can be kept open on warm days to let the warm sea air breeze through.
Sleeping
There are five stunning bedrooms to choose from.
The en suite master bedroom lies on the first floor to the front of the house and boasts a seriously romantic, super king-sized four-poster bed with incredible views out to sea. Open the fabulous bi-fold glass doors and step out on to the wonderful balcony - on hot summer nights leave the door open to let the soft sea breeze gently lull you to sleep, whilst on stormy days watch the breath-taking spectacle from the comfort of bed. This exquisite bedroom also has a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite with huge walk in shower.
The second bedroom also lies to the front on the first floor and has a stunning king-sized bed, sea views, chest of drawers and hanging space. The third bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, hanging space, chest of drawers and garden views.
The fourth bedroom lies on the ground floor to the front, with super comfy double bed and French windows that lead out on to a private balcony with sea views. The fifth bedroom is also downstairs but to the back of the house and has bunk beds - a lovely quiet bedroom for little ones!
All the beds come swathed in 300 thread count linens, sumptuous bedding and luxurious cushions and throws to ensure a blissful nights' sleep.
Bathing
As well as the en suite shower room in the master bedroom, there's an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower, a downstairs shower room and an outside shower with hot water - perfect for washing sandy toes after being on the beach! Each room has a heated rail to ensure towels are kept warm and fluffy.
Outdoor space
To the front of the property lies a tiered garden with a sun-soaked terrace leading from the sitting room with gorgeous sea views - the perfect spot to pull up a chair and enjoy a morning coffee or sundowners. Head to the back and there's a raised wooden terrace with table and chairs and two Weber barbeques for alfresco dining, plus additional seating to relax in and enjoy the sunshine.
Parking
There's private, off-road parking at Seacliff as well as an EV charging point.
Babies and children
Babies and children are most welcome at Seacliff. A highchair can be provided on request.

In the Area
Seacliff lies in the pretty seaside village of Shaldon, set on the banks of the estuary of the River Teign, opposite Teignmouth. Glorious Ness Cove beach, accessed by an original smugglers tunnel, is just a five minutes' walk away and perfect for swimming and paddle boarding, whilst pop on to the oldest passenger ferry in England across to Teignmouth to try out kayaking, paddle boarding and sailing. Alternatively, make for the South West Coastal Path, just five minutes' walk from Seacliff, and head towards Labrador Bay for amazing views. Pop in the car and explore further afield to the wilds of rugged Dartmoor for exceptional walks and cosy country inns (Dartmoor can also be reached by foot along the Templer Way), whilst nearby eclectic Totnes is a must for places to eat and great shops. Dartmouth has plenty to offer too with its range of independent shops, delicious eateries, its very own castle and of course its well-known beautiful harbour, whilst Exeter is a fabulous city for a day out. Alternatively, take a road trip along the coast and discover the many picturesque coastal villages, beaches and bays to explore.
