There is also a wonderful TV/cinema room with a huge, plush sofa that easily seats eight, covered in cosy throws and cushions, plus a huge Smart TV for film nights or catching up with your favourite Netflix series.

Eating

The kitchen and dining hall, with gorgeous French Oak wooden flooring, are interlinked and offer a fabulous space for entertaining. Surrounded by fabulous, original artworks, the delightful dining area has plenty of seating for eight around a wonderful wooden table and is surrounded by beautiful original artwork and large French windows - the perfect spot for dinner parties.

The kitchen is huge, with handmade grey cabinets and white stonework surfaces. Everything you need to conjure up majestic feasts is thoughtfully provided; such as the Stoves seven-ring burner gas range, undercounter Smeg fridge, 42-bottle wine cellar fridge to name but a few. Gather around the oversized white marble island with plenty of prep space and a breakfast bar to sip a cocktail or two. Dual aspect, floor to ceiling glass bi-fold doors open onto the sunny Indian Limestone terrace where you'll find a substantial wooden table and chairs for al fresco dining.

In addition, the utility room has a double American fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and Belfast sink.

Sleeping and bathing

There are four stunning en suite bedrooms to choose from, all on the first floor. The gorgeous master suite has a fabulous king size bed bedecked in egyptian cotton and a fine silk throw. The patio doors lead out onto a stunning balcony with sofa and lounging seats to soak up the uninterrupted garden views. A walk through dressing room, Smart TV and bathroom with double rainfall shower and freestanding bath complete the luxurious finish to this very special master suite.

The second bedroom is a double in peaceful shades of white and grey egyptian cotton and fine velvet throw. It has an oversized en suite walk in shower room and patio doors that lead out onto the balcony. The third bedroom in gorgeous shades of green and raspberry is another double with oversized en suite walk in shower room with floor to ceiling windows, whilst the fourth bedroom has a zip and link bed, meaning it can be a superking or twin beds on request, and has a en suite with walk in shower room.

All the beds are swathed in Egyptian linens and sumptuous bedding, whilst all the en suites have heated rails to keep the Egyptian cotton towels warm and fluffy.
