Living

Framed by a stone archway and illuminated by huge windows overlooking Harlyn Bay, the living area is a dream for drawn-out moments savouring ocean aspects. Gorgeous in every way, its neutral tones, natural textures, and coastal-inspired décor combine to create a spellbinding space, while its cosy, L-shaped corner sofa, armchairs, cushions, and throws imbue comfort throughout the year. For added hygge, throw open the windows in summer and enjoy a refreshing sea breeze on balmy days as you recline on the sofa. Meanwhile in winter, relish the addition of a delightful wood burning stove to add even more atmosphere for movie nights at home.

Eating

Tempting for aromatic meals, the attractive kitchen has everything you need for divine repasts with a cream Aga, double oven, American style fridge-freezer with ice machine, and varied accoutrements. Showcasing open shelves and a stainless steel splashback, it complements its modern styling with eye-catching features and natural inflections. Cast your eye around the room, before landing your gaze on the wood-topped kitchen island in the centre of the room. Beckoning for slow morning coffees and evening tipples, it is a perfect social hub complete with stow-away kitchen stools. Just off the kitchen, the adjoining dining room features a grand Welsh dresser, with a trestle-style dining table and leather bonquette seating for meals together. Bathed in neutral tones and infused with slate grey tones, its soothing palette mirrors the colours of the soft sands and bare cliffs beyond the window.

Sleeping & Bathing

Sleeping eight, there are four stunning bedrooms at Harlyn Beach House, all of which delicately reflect the coastal hues and ocean blues of its surrounding.

The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a sumptuous king-sized bed draped in a lush green throw and matching cushions. With cream cladding and soothing tones, a vintage dressing table and vintage wooden armchairs, it exudes elegant style and a restful ambience. For total comfort, it also has its own ensuite bathroom with a deep bath perfect for long soaks with a sea view.

This bedroom comes complete with garden views and its own en suite bathroom with a large, walk-in digital shower.

Heading upstairs, a third bedroom with twin beds proffers a tranquil resting spot. Especially perfect for the little ones, it has two full-size single beds dressed in the finest linens and draped in blankets and cushions. Granting an almost panoramic view of the bay, this room has a large window that runs the length of its exterior wall, overlooking twinkling sea and undulating coast.

Also on the first floor, the final bedroom is decorated in soft tones of grey, blue and white and promises soothing oceanside slumbers in a king-sized bed. Benefitting from lots of natural light, this peaceful bedroom enjoys generous windows framing fields that meet with grass-tufted dunes and the sea beyond.

On the ground floor, you'll find an 'off the beach' ready shower room with digital shower and a cloakroom with an additional WC.

We know how gorgeous our retreats are, but don’t just take our word for it – here’s what previous guests say about Harlyn Beach House:

A stunning location and a really lovely house with everything we needed and lots of thoughtful touches. The owner was very kind and attentive, and we were delighted with our stay.

Location location location! Use any of my above comments as you see fit.

Lovely, comfortable home with stunning sea views and the perfect location for access to Harlyn Bay beach. Well suited for two couples with (or without!) kids. Great base for exploring the Seven Bays area or just relaxing on the deck and enjoying the view. Very secure enclosed garden for the dog too.

This is the nicest house in Harlyn. It feels like home the moment you arrive. The walk to the beach across an open field is a daily delight and this leads to a small cove on the sand which is just perfect. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, linen and furnishings of a high standard. Everything works well and the house is presented on arrival in amazing condition. The owner of the house is immediately on hand should there be queries or issues (they're never are!) and the ability to bring a dog is most welcome. We have been with our family six times and having just returned from a week in Harlyn are about are about to book our seventh stay. Go There, you will love it.

A beautiful house with stunning views and great location. Everything that we could have needed was catered for.

Beautiful house, amazing views. Beds and sofas very comfortable. But bring eye masks or be woken by the sun coming up.

An absolutely beautiful beach house. The location is unbeatable and to be able to enjoy a short walk across a field and a swim in the sea before breakfast is very special. We loved the relaxed and cosy vibe of the house and it was extremely well equipped. Mark was on hand for a few questions and very helpful.

An amazing property with fantastic views. Well recommended.

Excellent location being a short walk to the beach, beautiful view of the sea. The interior downstairs exceeded our expectations and it was a very comfortable stay. Would definitely visit again.

Unbeatable location!

It is a wonderful house, very comfortable, well equipped and quiet. The no.1 asset, though is the brilliant location; the view is magnificent and un-impeded and a three-minute walk to the beach (ie: no parking needed!) is unbeatable! We have been there as a family four times now and would hope to continue.
