A special 'Just for Two' rate applies outside of school holidays, peak weeks, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year. At Ebron the discount is 20%, this is on the basis that only the master bedroom is used during your stay.

Living and eating

With an upside-down living approach, a sociable open plan living, kitchen and dining space awaits on the first floor, complete with a large, brushed cotton blue corner sofa, Moroccan rug and a beautiful blush pink marble coffee table. A large HD TV with Bower and Wilkins surround cinema sound rests above a stylish sideboard, which is filled with a variety of books and games for little ones and those young at heart. Kick back in cinematic style after a day of exploring the beautiful Cornish countryside and relax with your favourite film or boxset. Press play on your holiday playlist, with built in Bowers and Wilkins speakers tucked away on the first floor. For moments of quietude, retreat to one of the two vintage Scandi chairs, opening the large floor to ceiling doors onto the balcony, welcoming in the soft summer breeze in warmer months.

At the other end of the room, you'll find a modern kitchen, with white units and sleek counter tops. There's also a large central island with three vintage bar stools to watch budding chefs at work. Find all you could possibly need to rustle up indulgent feats, with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. You'll also find an all-important Nespresso Krups coffee machine for wake-me-up moments, plus a wine fridge and an instant hot water tap. Bring the outside in on balmy summer days, with large sliding patio doors that can be opened to the back and side of the kitchen.

In the centre of the room lies a large HAY dining table, with six stylish Eames chairs in the shade Sea Foam Green, a beautiful setting for pared back brunches and lavish dinners with those you hold dearest.

Sleeping and bathing

There are three equally beautiful bedrooms to choose from, all located on the ground floor.

The master bedroom has a sumptuous super king-sized bed, with two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and lovely dressing table. Bowers and Wilkins speakers are built into the ceiling, simply press play and let your holiday playlist fill the room. You'll also find a stunning ensuite shower room, with a large walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

The second bedroom, adorned with cushions and throws in shades of pink and rich mustard, promises a comfy super king-sized bed with antique bedside tables and a built in wardrobe.

Welcoming the outside in on sun-soaked afternoons, the master and second bedroom both feature French doors which lead out to a lovely patio area at the front of the retreat. Please note that there are voile curtains in both bedrooms for your privacy.

Within the third bedroom you'll find a zip-and-link super king-sized bed dressed in dusky pink hues, which can also be set as twin beds for little ones or flexible sleeping arrangements.

Each bedroom boasts a HD 44" TV, perfect for savouring lingering lie ins with breakfast in bed. You'll also find SONOS speakers in bedrooms two and three, which are also connected to the Bowers and Wilkins sound system throughout the house.

On the ground floor, there is a lovely family bathroom with a sleek bath and overhead shower, tiled in calming neutral shades. There's also a heated towel rail to keep towels warm and fluffy.

Outdoor space

With three balconies on the first floor, you're spoilt for choice when it comes to impressive views, with far-reaching Cornish countryside vistas and the stunning Atlantic Ocean on the horizon. The balcony towards the back of Ebron has a table and chairs for two, perfect for enjoying a slow morning coffee whilst you plan your activities for the day. To the side, you'll find a large, L-shaped sofa for six, with sumptuous cushions and a low-level table, just made for whiling away afternoons in the sun with a drink in hand. For the luxury seekers, heavenly moments await in the bubbling hot tub, positioned perfectly to savour the mesmeric sea views beyond. As dusk falls, slip softly into the simmering tub for an awe-inspiring starry spectacle. The balcony at the front has two additional chairs for alfresco moments of reflection with your latest page turner.

Head downstairs to the open plan garden, where a heated outdoor shower resides at the back of the retreat for sandy feet and muddy paws. There is also a handy surf cupboard, perfect storing surfboards after a day on the beach.

Setting

Please note that Ebron resides within a small, newly developed complex of luxury properties, with a shared walkway to access the property. As the property is so new, the plantings haven't yet had a chance to develop, but the landscape will be grown and beautiful soon!

Parking

There is parking for up to two cars at Ebron.

Babies and children

Babies and children are most welcome at Ebron. There's a travel cot, highchair, plastic cutlery, bowls and cups for toddlers.

Dogs

One small dog is very welcome at Ebron. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break.

In the Area

Ebron is perfectly situated to explore the delights of the north Cornish coast. Enjoy stunning views from the South West Coastal path above the Bedruthan Steps, just a few minutes' walk from your front door. Water sports enthusiasts will love the magnificent beaches that line the north coast, with Watergate Bay and Fistral Beach just a short drive away, both renowned for their excellent surfing conditions. Head left towards the village of Mawgan Porth, where turquoise waters gently lap the golden sandy shore, or venture right to the sheltered sandy cove of Porthcothan, a hidden gem which is great for families. Relax at the beautiful Scarlet Spa, an incredible eco-spa set on the rugged Cornish clifftops above Mawgan Porth, just one mile away from Ebron. For foodies, Padstow is just a short drive away, with a plethora of mouth-watering menus at your disposal, from local delicacies to Michelin star dishes.
