It's also ideally situated to explore the beautiful south Cornish coastline.
Living
Truly beautiful, the stunning living space boasts glass bi-fold doors across the whole frontage to make the most of the stupendous views. The plush, luxurious sofas are just made for lounging on and gazing out to sea with your favourite tunes playing on the SONOS sound system, whilst the wood-burning stove provides cosy heat during cooler months, as does the underfloor heating. When you're looking for extra cosiness, there are floor-to-ceiling motorised black-out blinds - ideal for movie-watching on the 42-inch SMART television.
Eating
The pretty open-plan kitchen lies next to the living area and makes the most of the wonderful sea views. With a Stoves electric range-style cooker with a double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher plus all the other essentials you'll need to rustle up delicious meals, cooking will be a real pleasure. To the front of the kitchen, by the window, is a zinc-top table and chairs for indoor meals. There is also a utility area with a top loading washing machine.
Sleeping
The gorgeous, blissful bedroom in shades of white and blue has a double bed with a remote-controlled photo voltaic glass window allowing spectacular views out to see from the comfort of your bed or can be switched to opaque for privacy. Swathed in luxurious linens and bedding and with fresh sea air, you're guaranteed a good nights' sleep.
In addition, there is a second, small double bedroom suitable for an additional guest or a child should you need it.
Bathing
There's a cute shower room with large walk in shower and a heated rail to keep towels warm and fluffy. There is a second, heated shower outside, behind the hot tub - ideal for washing sandy toes and wetsuits after a day on the beach.
Outdoor space
Just wow! The fabulous terraced garden to the front of the property boasts the most beautiful, uninterrupted views across the golden sands and out over the turquoise-blue seas. Directly leading off the sitting room is a sunny deck with table and chairs for alfresco dining plus further comfy chairs for lounging with a drink in hand, whilst steps to the side lead to the gorgeous cedar-clad hot tub plus an outdoor shower. Further steps lead down, passing tubs of pretty flowers, to the barbeque area then finally a grassy space with loungers for relaxing.

In the Area
If you can pull yourself away from your seaside sojourn, there's plenty of things to see and do in the area. For places to eat, The Clifftop Café is a great little eatery, and is only a short walk from Silvertide. Pop in the car (or get a taxi) to The Carew Arms in Antony village - a gastro pub with a café and farm shop, or The Devonport Inn in Kingsand. Take the passenger ferry at Cremyll to Royal William Yard where you'll find lots of restaurants and shops. Take time out to explore the nearby seaside villages of Kingsand, Cawsand, Looe and Polperro.
