We're also super-pleased to announce that Smuggler's received the Country Homes & Interiors runner up prize for The Best New Build Home in 2021.
Living and eating
Stepping into Smugglers, you will find yourself in a spectacularly spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with triple aspect patio doors and windows, leading out to the decking.
With luxurious oak floors throughout, the living space is wonderfully airy and boasts a matching cosy grey sofa and armchair, unique antique suspended lampshades and even a telescope to do some star watching. In this homely space, you can light the toasty wood burner, relax with a bottle of wine and enjoy the night sky over Bodmin Moor whilst snuggled on the sofa. Savour cosy evenings in front of the large Smart TV, complete with Netflix for watching your favourite films and box sets. For the cooler months there are thermostatic heaters and underfloor heating throughout the retreat.
In the stylish and modern kitchen, with real granite worktops, you will find everything one could need to rustle up a romantic meal or breakfast in bed. There is a DeLonghi bean to cup coffee machine complete with milk frother for that fresh coffee experience, plus a ceramic hob and oven, and hidden necessities such as a dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. There's also a KitchenAid mini food processor for all your blitzed creations. Beside the kitchen is the inviting large farmhouse table with padded chairs and sheepskin covered bench, perfect for a spot of lunch or a special evening meal.
In addition, you will find a washer/dryer in the boot room.

You'll also find a Smart TV in the bedroom, complete with all the must-have streaming services.
