Coastal Walks in Cornwall

From dreamy coves to dramatic cliffs, coastal walks in Cornwall have a special place in our hearts… and the soles of our shoes.

We know how gorgeous our retreats are, but don’t just take our word for it – here’s what previous guests say about Cornish Barton:

Beautiful countryside, lovely house with lots of space and near to Farm Stores with delicious meat and Cafes. Port Isaac is close by - my favourite village.

Cornish Barton is beautiful and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We spent most of our time sitting around and chatting in the kitchen enjoying the views. Everyone commented how well they slept in the big comfy beds!

Gorgeous ‘wow’ house, perfect for a Christmas break. Amazing fire for cosy nights in and gorgeous countryside.

We had all weathers the week we stayed and the house was perfect for it - family suppers in the beautiful dining room, drinks on the terrace by the outdoor fireplace, sunny breakfasts with doors open to the garden and cosy TV nights by the fire seeing out a storm. Really lovely area to explore too.

The house is amazing, no stone has been left unturned. The house is so stylish and well equipped, you literally need to bring your shopping and yourself. I was very impressed. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was spotless. I could not recommend this house enough. I will definitely be returning.

The house is very tastefully decorated, with high quality fittings and is equipped with everything that a visitor would need for both indoor and outdoor activities. The traditional feel of the barn is complemented by the modern renovation, with high tech features such as under floor heating and the HD TV.

All of the rooms are spacious, cosy and comfortable, and were spotlessly clean on arrival. The information provided was also of great use, and the local Cornish produce that were provided by the owners was a welcome addition.

We had a fantastic week in this gorgeous cottage with friends. The cottage has been finished to a very high standard and is equipped with all the mod cons. The beds were extremely comfy! A wonderful week had by all.
