Living
The open plan living space can be found on the top floor, where vaulted ceilings, masses of windows and gorgeous décor has created a peaceful, serene escape boasting wonderful sea views. Bi-fold windows at the far end of the room can be pulled back on warmer days to let the blissful sea breezes in, whilst the Cocoon bio-fuel burner adds a cosy ambience. We just love the opulent teal velvet sofas, whilst the smooth wooden floor is just a dream to walk on.
Eating
Towards the back of the house on the top floor you'll find the kitchen, a sleek, contemporary space in which to prepare epic feasts and on-the-hoof snacks. With quartz worktops, grey cabinets and Smeg appliances, this is just a dream to cook in. With underfloor heating too, things will be fabulously snug and cosy around the large oak dining table for six - the perfect setting for decadent dinner parties.
Sleeping
There are three stunning bedrooms to choose from, two of which can be found on the middle level. The master bedroom is a beautifully bright, light and tranquil room boasting three windows, all with sea views. The king size bed is super-comfy, just made for long lie-ins and breakfast in bed. The second bedroom with double bed is super romantic and has an en suite. The third bedroom can be found on the ground floor and is a delightfully cosy double with gorgeous mustard-colour headboard.
Bathing
There's a fabulous bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower. The en suite has a gorgeously deep free-standing tub for two. Both have heated rails to keep towels warm and fluffy and underfloor heating for extra cosiness.

In the Area
Portloe is a gorgeous little village and is one of the prettiest spots on the Roseland Peninsula. The Ship Inn, a 17th century pub, is just a short walk from Fable and ideal for drinks and a spot to eat. The Lugger Hotel is another 17th century inn, also within a short walk, offering excellent local produce and the freshest of fish. With the Roseland on your doorstep there's plenty to see and do - make sure to try the culinary delights of The Hidden Hut at Portcurnick beach, whist if you carry on, you'll find Portscatho, a lovely seaside village, and St Mawes - a great spot for some lunch at either The Idle Rocks or the Tresanton, both of which are excellent with views over the harbour. From here you can catch the ferry across to the bustling seaside town of Falmouth for great shops and the must-visit Maritime Museum. Garden-lovers will enjoy Trelissick Gardens near the King Harry Ferry or The Lost Gardens of Heligan, whilst if you need a spot of city life, head to Truro with its wide selection of independent shops, impressive cathedral and great restaurants.
