Boasting views over the Camel Estuary, it is no wonder this tasty eatery has become a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. Take a seat and pursue the carefully selected menu – everything made to perfection and using local ingredients. For starters, chop down on fishy delights such as battered oysters, salty and pepper prawns or sweet and sour Thai fish cakes. You can enjoy a traditional fish and chips with the choice of hake, code, plaice, haddock, salmon and many more. You can try a healthier option where the fresh fish is grilled and served with salad instead of chips, though we do highly recommend in indulging in battered fish, all done in rich and flavourful beef drippings – perfection!
Though specialising in this take-away favourite, there are other options to tuck into from burgers to chicken as well as the ever so popular Goan chicken curry. Plus, there is a bespoke children’s menu for the little ones to enjoy as well as an array of vegetarian and vegan options. There’s also a gluten free batter available so the whole family has something to get their teeth into. One must not forget about the tempting desserts; treat yourself to creamy white chocolate and raspberry fool, sweet salted caramel cheese cake, rich Mississippi pie or gooey chocolate brownie.
Open for both lunch and dinner, you can grab a bag of crunchy battered fish and crispy chips and stroll down to the harbour to enjoy the sound of the ocean waves.
