Living

The living space is a picture of soothing serenity, where neutral hues, vintage maps and ornithological artwork by John James Audubon harmonise alongside verdant views. A collection of two sumptuous sofas and an armchair gather around a crosscut coffee table, featuring a wood burning stove set within a striking granite fireplace. A vintage mahogany games table with Design Within Reach Bacco chairs proposes meals for four alongside mesmeric country vistas, accompanied by an inviting Grasshopper chair. You will also find two mid-century modern Z chairs, just perfect for relaxing with a glass of something special.

A separate snug promises heavenly moments of quietude by day and an atmospheric social space for evening soirees. Decorated in forest shades, it features two comfortable sofas and an armchair hugging a walnut coffee table. For timeless entertainment, all generations can immerse in captivating tales on the Smart TV and Sonos sound system or create a dulcet soundtrack on the Technics digital piano.

For further entertainment, discover endless regalement in the games room, where you can play pool and table tennis. High-top table stools offer a place to relax, while a Vintage record player and vinyl collection play favourite tunes.

Eating and dining

The heart of the home, a traditional farmhouse style kitchen offers the perfect place to craft homemade feasts. Herringbone tiles adorn a feature wall and soft green cabinetry with polished stone worktops offer ample space for crafting repasts. Around the kitchen, a collection of Neff and Smeg appliances and accoutrements ensure culinary creativity is a dream, along with a navy AGA combi oven with an induction hob. In the centre, a kitchen island takes the stage for cookbook moments, complete with dual-worktop spaces and an additional hob and integrated oven for flavourful family meals. For leisurely brunch alongside creek views, the kitchen features a breakfast table with curved banquette seating and three chairs.

Lending a sense of celebration, a separate dining room resides next to the kitchen. Statement lamps illuminate the farmhouse dining table, while coastal artwork reflects the waterside setting of our beautiful abode. Adding ambience is an original fireplace set within an exposed brick hearth.

Patio doors open from both the kitchen and the dining room onto the terrace, welcoming balmy sea breezes on warmer days.
