Living

A large L-shaped sofa takes centre stage in the soothing sitting room, dressed in cushions and throws in complementary shades of blue and mustard. A large TV and Sonos speakers provide entertainment for all, whether you're looking to catch up on your latest box set from the comfort of the sumptuous sofa, or soundtrack your holiday playlist with a glass in hand, as the soft summer breeze drifts through the open bi-fold doors. You'll find two comfortable occasional chairs besides the glass doors, overlooking sublime oceanside vistas. While away slow mornings with fresh coffee, taking in the ever-changing views as yachts bob along the water before you.

On the second floor, uncover the cosy snug, a perfect hideaway to retreat to for down time, with a large TV with Apple TV streaming services for watching the latest must-see movies.

Eating

At the heart of Trevenen sits a large, open-plan kitchen in calming neutral shades. Split over two levels, it's the perfect social hub to gather in, as you watch your resident chef prepare mouth-watering culinary creations. It's fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, range cooker and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a large Belfast sink. There's also a Krups Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, slow cooker and a toastie machine. A washing machine and tumble drier can be found in the separate utility room.

On the kitchen's lower level, you will find a sleek bar space, with two fridges to ensure wine is kept perfectly crisp. Beside the bar, there's also a snug sofa and table to enjoy post-dinner tipples. A wooden table with bench seats provides the perfect setting for relaxed dining, with large bi-fold doors that open onto the sun-soaked terrace.

Steps lead up to the formal dining room, a bright and airy space with a grand oak dining table which comfortably seats twelve, promising magical views overlooking the River Fal. A dual-aspect wood burning stove sits between the formal and relaxed dining rooms, a wonderful addition to keep both rooms toasty and warm during the chillier months.

Sleeping & Bathing

There are seven equally beautiful bedrooms at Trevenen, split over the first and second floors.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor, dressed in soft charcoal tones. A sumptuous king-sized bed takes centre stage, with luxurious linens, comfy cushions and throws to ensure a blissful night's sleep. There's a wardrobe and two sets of built-in drawers for storing your belongings, plus a wonderful balcony with two outdoor chairs that boasts sea views, just made for sun kissed moments outdoors when the skies are blue. In addition to this, you'll find an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious bath and overhead shower.

The second bedroom resides on the first floor too, with a darling king-sized bed, swathed in lavish cushions and throws in neutral shades. Dual aspect window seats offer magnificent views across the water, with an antique inspired chest of drawers and matching bedside tables to store your belongings. There's also an ensuite shower room with teal blue tiles and a large rainfall shower.

Bedroom three can also be found on the first floor, with marine-themed finishing touches and fleecy knitted throws and cushions. A comfortable accent chair provides the perfect setting for relaxing morning coffees, spent gazing across the calming waters. There's also a wardrobe for storing your luggage.

The oceanic theme continues through to the fourth bedroom, which is located on the first floor, with deep blue walls, a comfy king-sized bed and a spacious wardrobe for storage.

The third and fourth bedrooms share access to the first floor family bathroom, with deep blue walls and a beautiful bath for long soaks after days spent exploring the Cornish coastline.

Bedroom five lies on the top floor, with wonderful views across the River Fal. There's a beautiful king-sized bed with a parquet style rustic headboard, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The sixth bedroom, with a charming coastal theme, is also on the top floor. With comfy twin beds, it's perfect for little ones and there's a wardrobe for storing your belongings.

Bedroom seven is also situated on the second floor and is a calming, cosy room, with a single bed and a cute coastal theme. It has a built-in wardrobe for storing luggage too.

Steps lead down into the family bathroom on the top floor, which is shared by bedrooms five, six and seven. With fetching green tiles and a bath with an overhead shower, it's the perfect setting for morning ablutions and sumptuous bubble-topped soaks.

On the ground floor, there is a downstairs loo, with pretty peach finishing touches and soft, white tiles.

Outdoor space

Step outside to uncover a little piece of paradise, with mesmerising views across the River Fal and the Carrick Roads. On the terrace, you'll find an abundance of comfortable outdoor seating for savouring golden hour tipples, plus a firepit for keeping cosy outside post sundown. There's also a lovely picnic table and gas BBQ to enjoy alfresco meals on balmy summer days. A bubbling hot tub is tucked to the side of the house, perfectly positioned to relax with a glass of bubbles whilst admiring the glorious seascape. You'll also find a heated outdoor shower, perfect for washing sandy toes and paws after days spent at the beach.

Steps lead down to a lovely verdant lawn, with plenty of space for outdoor games. Beyond the garden, you'll find a gate, which allows you private stepped access to the beach behind Trevenen. Kayaks, buoyancy aids and vests are available for you to use to make magical memories on the water with your nearest and dearest.
