Adorned with a variety of pretty antique paintings and sketches, this captivating space offers a choice of seating options, including two stylish Ercol armchairs and a large sofa for four with a complementing ottoman coffee table. For entertainment, you can find an array of board games and novels, along with a Smart TV with an array of streaming services.

Uncover Kia Ka Mina's large Critall-style glass open-plan kitchen and dining space, divinely designed to accentuate its dreamy oceanside position. An oak dining table for six rests beside bifold doors, leading out onto the idyllic front terrace. On warmer days, open the doors and listen to the gentle lap of waves whilst you dine. A Howard-style occasional armchair nestles in the corner, offering a heavenly spot to indulge in some afternoon reading or sighting dolphins.

At the opposite end of this captivating space is the elegant kitchen, divided by a breakfast bar feature with four barstools. With beautifully bespoke, blue-toned cabinets, a stunning double Butler sink and blanched Silestone worktops, this hand-crafted space is perfect for the culinary artists of the party. Everything you should need for rustling up fine feasts is on hand, including a Bertazzoni range oven with hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher, whilst caffeine aficionados will adore the various equipment at Kia Ka Mina, including a cafetiere, Aerolatte drip cup, coffee bean grinder and milk foamer. We know how gorgeous our retreats are, but don’t just take our word for it – here’s what previous guests say about Kia Ka Mina:

Exceptional house and amazing location and views. Will certainly return.

Absolutely beautiful house in a stunning location and with a very welcoming and homely feel. We loved it.

House was beautiful, spotlessly clean and made us feel very relaxed. Lovely touches with cosy blankets in the lounge and the welcome bag of treats and coffee, tea bags and sugar in the kitchen. Loved the Apothecary toiletries too! So refreshing to find the photographs on line truly reflected the luxurious property

Kia Ka Mina is a lovely retreat. We had a longer stay (11 nights) and it had everything you needed. Especially in the kitchen as we like to cook. The internal furnishings were of impeccable taste so was like a home from home for us. The view over the harbour was stunning, the short walk into town and the peace and quiet is something that we shall miss. We will definitely be back and it will look to book this property again.

Great property, really well layout and great kitchen diner for entertaining. Really well stocked kitchen and lovely decor. Mesmerising view of the harbour from the lounge and even better from the bedroom terrace.

Ein wunderschönes Haus….es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und noch mehr….und Ashley ist so nett….wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt…. A beautiful house....it is equipped with everything you need and more....and Ashley is so nice....we felt very comfortable

Where do I begin! It was outstandingly good. We travel a lot, visiting many houses, hotels etc and this has to be up there with the best. The interiors were impeccable, the linens to hotel standard, the equipment faultless, the cleanliness immaculate. The house itself is simply stunning. The location, the views - words can't do this review justice. I believe this property is new to Boutique Retreats and you are very lucky to have such a property on your books. Not only is the house fantastic but so is Ashleigh, the owner who also manages the property is wonderful. The speed of replies and tips on the local area were great. We arrived during the hot spell and Ashleigh had fans delivered immediately as well as a high chair. Nothing was too much hassle! The welcome guide was up to date and super helpful. We will be back!!!

If you’re looking for a property that immediately makes you feel relaxed, comfortable and oozes holiday vibes, this is the cottage for you. The views of the coastline are spectacular and the owners have put so much thought into making each space feel cosy and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be booking again for next year!
