As befits such a cosy yet spacious house, there is plenty of space for you and your loved ones to relax, whether it's a lazy day at home or after a busy day exploring. The exquisite drawing room with a trio of huge, plush sofas and extra armchairs provides seating for twelve and is the ideal room for coming together, whether it's over drinks in evening or opening presents at Christmas. The large wood burner is the perfect centrepiece and there's a Smart TV, DVD player and a Sonos sound system for entertaining.
There's also a super-cosy but very spacious Snug, with ample seating for eight plus a large Smart TV and DVD player and lots of board games - the ultimate hideaway for young ones wanting their own space or for those seeking to escape the crowd and settle with a good book. Again, this boasts a delightful wood burner to keep things toasty warm - we won't blame you if you have an afternoon snooze!
Eating
Just wow - the kitchen-come-dining room is just fabulous and the ultimate space for entertaining. Whether you're a keen cook or hiring your own private chef, this extremely spacious and fully equipped kitchen is full of everything you'll need. We just adore the mint-coloured electric Aga, but there's also an induction hob and oven should you prefer. In addition, there is a microwave, a dishwasher and two fridge-freezers so you won't run out of space!
The dining area is positively perfect with a bespoke black walnut kitchen table, which can seat up to twelve people, Sonos sound system and a fabulous wood burner - we're dreaming of long dinner parties late into the night, watching the flickering flames.
In addition, there's a large utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, Belfast sink and a
countertop icemaker.
