Welcome to Keskorra, our exquisite retreat for fourteen guests set near Padstow and Rock. Comprising of two retreats just moments from one another, Rock View, which welcomes eight and Lowen, welcoming six, Keskorra is a dream for multi-generational getaways and celebratory staycations with family and friends.

With floor to ceiling windows, open plan living and extraordinary vistas, Rock View feels light and airy throughout, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Boasting four bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to gather but to also enjoy moments of quietude on your own, whilst the large communal spaces are just perfect for treasured mealtimes and simply to spend time in each other's company. Rock View also has plenty of outdoor space, so you can make the most of the stunning views across the Camel Estuary to Rock. Nestled in a pretty hamlet, this stunning dog-friendly home stay is perfect for exploring the wilds of North Cornwall.

Lowen, which means 'happy' in Cornish, boasts both rolling countryside vistas and breath-taking views towards the water and by having a reversed layout, it certainly makes the most of them. This luxury retreat is just down the road from Padstow and Rock, so you're near great beaches such as Daymer Bay, Constantine Bay and Tregirls Beach and of course some fabulous eateries. Or, if you fancy spending the day in your home-away-from-home, you can lounge in the heated outdoor pool or relax on the upper deck with a drink in hand, watching the glorious views in front of you.

Living

Uncover two beautiful living spaces at Keskorra, a dream for gathering with loved ones split across Rock View and Lowen.

Taking a reversed-living approach to make the most of the jaw-dropping views, the living area and kitchen can be found upstairs at Rock View. With slate flooring throughout, this roomy open-plan space includes a roaring wood burner for cooler evenings, a luxurious grey leather sofa, a large Smart TV/DVD player with Sky package and a SONOS system - you can also access Spotify from the in-house iPad. Downstairs you'll find a gorgeous snug, with French doors leading to the lower outside area. This is a serene space to while away an hour or two with your favourite book, or some of your group might like their own space to watch films on the Smart TV which also has a Sky package and a DVD player.

The open-plan living space at Lowen overlooks the pool to the glorious rolling hills, sea and the picturesque village of Rock beyond through floor-to-ceiling windows which can be opened up during warmer weather to bring the outside in. A corner sofa in soft grey leather means everyone can gather to watch a film on the flat screen TV/DVD player, with a cosy wood burner and under floor heating throughout, luxury living moments await. Lowen has a Sky package and a SONOS system, plus a permanent oak stairgate fitted at the top of the stairs. Outside there's a terrace with seating and dining table so you can make the most of far-reaching views, whilst steps lead down to the private pool.

Eating and dining

For dreamy dining with family and friends, there are two kitchen and dining spaces split across Rock View and Lowen.

At Rock View, a stunning bespoke kitchen awaits with beautiful white worktops, Farrow and Ball duck egg blue cabinets and all the equipment you'll need to rustle up a feast including a full complement of Cornishware. The La Canche oven is in the heart of the kitchen, plus there is a Miele oven and microwave.

To the front, a bi-folding glass door leads out to the decked terrace - perfect for welcoming the outside in on warmers days and also home to a dining table and gas BBQ for alfresco meals.

In addition, you'll find the more formal dining area in the living space with stunning 180-degree views from the floor to ceiling windows, which can also be opened in warmer weather. There's a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier plus lots of extra storage space.

The kitchen at Lowen is fully equipped with everything a chef might need, with Farrow & Ball white painted cabinets and black granite worktops, plus a full array of Cornishware. Prepare culinary delights, with a six-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There's also a Nespresso coffee machine for freshly brewed beverages. You'll find a utility room downstairs with a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. In the dining area there's a rustic oak table, which seats six comfortably, whilst outside you'll find everything you need to dine al fresco.

Trevear Farm produce their own meat, which is available to purchase on site - perfect for finding a delectable centrepiece for a wholesome Sunday lunch and supplying grand barbeques on sun-soaked days.

In the Area

There's plenty to do in this beautiful corner of Cornwall - Old Town Cove lies at the bottom of the lane which leads on to the Camel Trail where cyclists and walkers enjoy the stunning scenery along the estuary. In approximately 45 minutes you can walk into Padstow, adored by such chefs as Rick Stein, Nathan Outlaw and Paul Ainsworth and is perfect for a bite to eat, or hop on the boat and pop over to Rock and maybe a trip to Sharp's, Rock's very own brewery.

Keskorra stands on the edge of a small hamlet found along a quiet farm lane leading down to the Camel Estuary and in the other direction to the village of St. Issey and two public houses. The Camel Trail, just down the lane follows the route of the old railway line - it's a two-mile meander to Padstow or three miles to Wadebridge. The Camel Estuary, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is a lovely spot and full of pathways to explore by foot or by bike (which you can hire at Padstow) alongside the water or through the stunning dunes. The Sir John Betjeman Walk is particularly beautiful, or just take to The Camel Trail. If water is more your thing, there's a plethora of water sports or if you'd like to try your hand at fishing, there's fishing trips to be booked from Ferry Point at Rock where you can catch mackerel, bass and even shark. Beach-wise, you're spoilt for choice with seven located around the Padstow area and one across the way at Rock. If you bring your golf clubs, there's St Enodoc and Trevose nearby too.

Endless luxury awaits at our dog friendly duo for up to fourteen, beckoning for unforgettable celebratory staycations near Padstow with a heated outdoor pool.
