Bedroom details
5 Bedrooms (Sleeps 8 + cot)
We're delighted to introduce you to this warm, welcoming homestay, set in the heart of iconic Padstow yet set back enough to be a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of town.
A Grade II listed home built in the 1750s, Rosehill was at one time a doctors' home and surgery for Padstow's residents. One doctor was reputedly a friend of Charles Dickens, who has said to have stayed here on occasion, so you're in esteemed company should you choose to stay here!
With five stunning bedrooms sleeping up to eight lucky guests, this is a spacious, luxurious dog friendly homestay, both within a short walk of the centre of Padstow and a sandy beach - the best of both worlds! Downstairs, open-plan living plus a tucked-away sitting room means there's space to gather, whilst outside there's a stunning garden for summer days. This dreamy abode also has a parking space - a rare commodity in this ancient town.
Having previously been a doctors' surgery, Rosehill enjoys a fabulous position in Padstow, and if you're lucky enough to stay over the 1st May, you'll witness the May Day parade and the famous 'Obby 'Oss pass right by the front door!
Special lower occupancy rate
A special lower occupancy rate applies outside of school holidays, peak weeks, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year. For four guests and under the discount is 20%. At this rate, the Master bedroom and the second bedroom 'Teal' will be available for you.
