We know how gorgeous our retreats are, but don’t just take our word for it – here’s what previous guests say about Rose Lodge:

Boutique Retreats, excellent properties, great service, highly recommended.

This was a beautifully fitted out cottage perfect for two people. It has the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever experienced!

A lovely old cottage which is fitted out inside very modern - a job very well done by the Owner. Great location midway between Truro and Falmouth. We have already booked a return trip next year!

I felt lucky to find Rose Lodge on Boutique Retreats as everything was booked up so we were really looking forward to our break and expectations were high as it looked so lovely in the photos. And in reality it certainly lives up. We had a really great time and I couldn’t fault the cottage. The interior design is excellent and all the attention to detail really well thought out. Ie comfortable luxurious bed, bed linen and robes, wood burner, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and pretty courtyard garden and a guide of local places to visit that was really useful . It’s a peaceful retreat but really close To Falmouth, Truro and beaches. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, we had a fantastic time.

Beautiful and cosy with high level of comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the south Cornish coast for a change, and the location is a good base to investigate the Roseland and the Lizard, with some excellent restaurants and beaches.

Rose Lodge is a beautifully decorated, well equipped and very clean cottage. The welcome hamper of scones, clotted cream, jam and Prosecco was a lovely touch. Comfortable bed with nice linen, soft towels and white fluffy dressing gowns made it a perfect space to relax and unwind. Perfect for a couple, Rose Lodge is a great base to chill out and explore Cornwall from.
