Thoughtfully designed with a timber exterior which blends seamlessly with its leafy surroundings, the curated interiors reveal calming, romantic spaces in a soft neutral palette, each adorned with local artwork, whilst underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and in the en suite bathroom adds a luxurious touch. A dream for the lovers of indoor outdoor living, pretty bi-fold doors open onto a charming cottage garden complete with a chiminea, inviting for sun-kissed afternoons and cosy evenings beneath the trees in firepit season. Tucked away in the rural fringes of St Agnes, our dog-friendly cottage is perfectly placed for solitary escapism and honeymoon travels spent exploring Cornwall's wild beauty, from rugged the clifftops and shores to the untouched rural landscape.


Living, eating and dining

Step inside our heavenly retreat to uncover the open-plan living, kitchen and dining quarters, with underfloor heating throughout...

Bathed in soothing neutral tones, the snug living space is light filled yet endlessly cosy, with considered antique pieces, and original artworks sourced from France, Cornwall, and across England offering a stunning setting to unwind on the striped sofa by. For staycation entertainment, you'll find a Smart TV with streaming services and a Bose speaker.

Rustic herringbone terracotta tiles set the scene for culinary crafting in the calming kitchen, where expansive glass bi- folding doors open into the curated garden. Anchoring the space is a unique wooden island sourced in the Netherlands, whilst bespoke wooden cabinetry in an ebony shade offers a stylish contrast, paired with antique brass pillar taps by deVOL. Everything you could require is on hand, including an oven with induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, undercounter fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Opposite, a calming dining nook with linen café curtains, a marble table and quaint banquette seating promises a cosy spot for feasting.


Sleeping and bathing

Hidden upstairs is the heavenly master bedroom, where wood-panelling and Nkuku soft furnishings promises endless rustic charm. A king-size bed topped with soft linen tempts for breakfast in bed, whilst a buttery yellow armchair is perfectly positioned for admiring the outdoors through sash windows. In addition, there is a a pine chest of drawers for storing your belongings.

Uncover the gorgeous blue-hued en suite bathroom with charcoal limestone tiles, complete with a spacious, walk-in rainfall shower calling for rejuvenating wake-up moments.


Outdoor space

Evoking a quintessential country garden feel with beautifully manicured borders, a gravelled patio and traditional Cornish hedging, uncover alfresco magic in Spitfire Cottage's quaint, enclosed outdoor space, perfect any alfresco occasion. There is private parking on a gravelled driveway for up to two cars at Spitfire Cottage.
