Living

This historic farmhouse has plenty of living space for everyone to relax in. The star of the show is the beautiful sitting room with sea view, full of vintage charm and a great place to retreat to at the end of a busy day exploring. With a flickering wood burner at its heart, you can curl up and enjoy its cosy warmth amongst the plethora of armchairs and large sofa plus an ottoman to rest your feet, whilst a SONOS sound system means you can listen to your favourite tunes too.

At the far end of the room, through the glass partition, you'll discover the games room with a piano, circular table for board games, a small library and a comfy reading chair to curl up on.

Perfect for younger guests, there's a television and playroom, complete with large sofa, huge TV with Free Sat, Netflix and Amazon Prime plus a selection of board games for children. If you need to make your holiday a bit of a workcation, there's a fabulous study complete with large double desk and multiple internet ports.

Eating

The stunning, spacious kitchen is just beautiful and a cooks' dream, with a Georgian style central island at its heart alongside a fabulous electric Aga, a more traditional oven with induction hobs, Fisher and Pakal American style fridge with freezer drawers, dishwasher and all the other essentials you could possibly need including the all-important coffee machine.

A sublime space from which to create culinary masterpieces, make sure to visit a farm shop or two to pick up delicious local produce - we recommend Boscastle Farm Shop. At the far end of the kitchen, there's a darling breakfast table with two armchairs - perfect for morning coffee.

At the other end of the kitchen lies the dining area, complete with large dining table, comfortably seating ten and a perfect spot for celebratory meals and dinner parties. There's a SONOS sound system to play your favourite mealtime playlist too.

In addition, there's a utility room with two Bosch washer dryers, a wine fridge plus another drinks fridge for overflow, plenty of hanging space for coats, wetsuits, bear gear and wellies, and a laundry maid.

Sleeping and bathing

There are five beautiful bedrooms to choose from, four of which are en suite.

The master en suite bedroom is oh-so romantic, with super king-sized bed, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and window seat with splendid sea views. It also has a built-in wardrobe and pretty dressing table and en suite with gorgeous cast iron bath for long, leisurely soaks and a separate shower.

The fabulous second bedroom is equally beautiful with a breath-taking four poster super king bed with built in wardrobes, astonishing sea views and en suite bathroom with cast iron bath - the perfect room for long lie-ins.

The third bedroom, with comfy double bed, has tranquil views over the garden and an en suite bathroom, whilst the charming fourth bedroom is for little ones, with darling green wrought iron twin beds which are normal length but slightly narrower than standard, and pretty garden views.

The fifth en suite bedroom has a stunning botanical themed super king-sized bed that's a zip and link, meaning it can be made into additional twin beds if required. In addition, there's a built-in wardrobe, views over the garden and sea and an en suite wet room.

In addition, there's a family bathroom with cast iron bath and separate shower, and a downstairs loo.

All the bedrooms come swathed in luxurious linens, super soft bedding and sumptuous throws and cushions to ensure a blissful nights' sleep. All the en suites and family bathroom have a heated rail to keep towels warm and fluffy.

Outdoor space

The wonderful garden has space for everyone, whether for relaxing or playing games. On the front terrace, there's a dining table and chairs plus a fabulous Big Green Egg charcoal barbeque - the perfect setting for alfresco meals. Alternatively, head around the back and you'll discover spacious lawns and another eating area with benches, which is more private and tucked away.

There is an outdoor socket and hose in the garden should guests wish to hire a hot tub during their stay. Please get in touch with the team who can assist with recommendations.

Parking

There is private, off road parking.
