Sleeping ten in five bedrooms, three of which are en suite, this is a wonderful getaway for family get togethers or friends looking to meet up, whether it's celebrating something special or simply to spend much needed quality time together. There's plentiful living space inside and out, including three dining areas and an outdoor kitchen, so you'll always have room for everyone whatever time of year it is.
A smidge over two hours from London, this beautiful home that's dog friendly too is perfect for a quick weekend break or something longer. Set on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds, surrounded by pastures and ancient woodland, there's plenty to see and do, if you can bare to pull yourself away from this epic homestay.
Special lower occupancy rate
A special lower occupancy rate applies outside of school holidays, peak weeks, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year.
Option one offers a 10% discount for parties of 8 guests or less. At this rate, all rooms in the main house will be available for you.
Option two offers a 20% discount for parties of 6 guests or less and three bedrooms in the main house will be made available to you.

Living
The cosy sitting room is just a dream to retire to at the end of the day, with a sumptuous sofa to sprawl on and gorgeous leather armchairs. Nestled around the flickering wood burner and with underfloor heating too, you'll be super snug during winter months but on hot summer days, the cool flooring and the open plan feel will make this a hideaway from the heat of the day. Benefitting from a drinks bar and a picture frame television with Sky, this is a fabulous spot whether you're chatting over a tipple or two or watching your favourite box set.
Film lovers will adore the incredible cinema room complete with 65-inch television that also has Sky, whilst the fabulous games room is home to a pool table, dart board, children's tepee and board games and a Smart TV also with Sky. In addition, there's a separate snug/office, perfect if you want some quiet time to yourself or if you need to catch up on some emails.
Throughout the living areas there are three Amazon Echo speakers with Alexa, so you can create the playlist to your holiday.
Eating
The spacious kitchen with underfloor heating is open plan, complete with an informal dining area with L-shaped seating and a bench. Overlooking the garden, patio doors open out on to the garden and pool, perfect to let the soft summer breeze waft through. You'll find the kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to rustle up feasts with a gas range cooker, dishwasher, larder fridge freezer, microwave and all the other essentials including a Smeg coffee machine and an ice making machine.
In addition, there's a utility room and a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The formal dining room, next to the sitting room, is simply beautiful and offers seating for ten plus a gorgeous chandelier overhead, plus underfloor heating. This is the perfect spot for celebratory meals, in fact, we think Christmas would be just wonderful here!
Sleeping and bathing
Take the stairs up from the pretty hallway and you'll discover five stunning bedrooms to choose from.
The master bedroom is just a delight with a gorgeous super king-sized bed, oh-so-comfy and the dreamiest spot for long leisurely lie ins. With glorious countryside views, this beautiful room boasts an astonishing en suite with gorgeous nickel roll top bath - the ultimate spot for deep blissful soaks.
The second bedroom has magical views over woodland and the church in the distance and offers flexible sleeping as it boasts a zip and link bed, meaning it can be set up as twins or a super king, whatever preference works best for you. This delightful room has an en suite with walk in shower.
The darling third bedroom has twin beds set cosily underneath a vaulted ceiling and is perfect for friends or little ones. Bedroom four has a cosy double bed. These two bedrooms share the family shower room.
The final bedroom can be discovered in its own private annexe outside, making it perfect for those seeking their own private space on the ground floor. With a Marbella Beach Club feel, this room also has a zip and link, meaning it can either be set up as a super king-sized bed or twin beds. This has a fabulous en suite with walk in shower.
All the beds come swathed in luxurious linens, sumptuous bedding and beautiful throws and cushions to ensure a blissful nights' sleep. You'll find White Company toiletries throughout and heated rails in the family shower room and annexe en suite to keep towels warm and fluffy.
Outside space
Just wow - this extraordinary retreat has the loveliest gardens, the ultimate spot for relaxation with a cobalt blue heated swimming pool (available between 1st April to 31st October) measuring twelve meters by five meters as well as a bubbling, oh-so-welcoming eight-person hot tub. When the sun shines you'll feel like you've been whisked away to the Mediterranean! You'll also find a beautifully maicured lawn, olive trees, a fabulous reclaimed wooden dining table for 10 with an informal sofa seating for gatherings and sun loungers for lazy sunny afternoons. You'll also discover other benches dotted about for a quiet moment or outdoor games for when you're feeling competitive!
There is also the wonderful new addition of an outdoor kitchen, complete with a gas barbeque, a fridge and a sink.
The garden is a haven for wildlife with butterflies, dragonflies and even a resident red squirrel. Can you spot the secret gate in the garden giving you direct access to beautiful ancient woodland?

Babies and children
Babies and children are most welcome at Spellbound. A travel cot with changer, stair gate and highchair are available on request.

Three dogs are very welcome at Spellbound. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break.

In the Area
Nestled on the edge of the glorious Cotswolds close to the ancient town of Cirencester, Spellbound is a stunning retreat that's the perfect spot for exploring this beautiful part of England. For adventurers, you're just a stone's throw from Cotswold Water Park where you can sail, kayak, swim, water ski and so much more as well as enjoy walks around the lakes (there are over 180 of them!). For something a little more sedate, head into Cirencester where you'll find a host of fabulous shops as well as the Corinium Museum that reveals the towns' Roman past. Delve into the Cotswolds and you'll discover pretty market towns such as Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold to explore, whilst Cerney House Gardens, Chedworth Roman Villa, Cotswold Wildlife Park, Westonbirt Arboretum and the spa town of Cheltenham are all just a short drive away. Of course, this is a walker's paradise, so pack your walking boots and discover the plethora of paths and trails that cover the Cotswolds. The many trails are perfect for bike riders too with many villages, towns and country pubs an easy pedal away.
