Living
The sitting room invites you to relax in un-plugged bliss, where two leather sofas reside in unison. Enjoy life's simple luxuries, with a selection of board games to while away unplanned hours. Please note, the fireplace is not available for guest use.
The media room is a soothing space to retire, with three sumptuous sofas centred before an 85" Smart TV. Complete with a full Sky package and a soundbar, the space invites cinematic evenings with your closest kin, cocooned in comfort for the dreamiest moments.
Eating
Residing at the heart of the home, uncover the large kitchen and dining space. With bespoke cabinetry in deep navy hues, the kitchen is equipped with a range of integrated appliances, including an American-style fridge freezer, double ovens, a vented hob, microwave and dishwasher. Four barstools rest before the kitchen island, seamlessly positioned to watch the culinary star of your party in action. You'll also find a wine fridge to keep dinner pairings perfectly chilled.
Tempting exquisite banquets in your luxury retreat, a modern dining table resides at the far side of the kitchen. With bench seating and two additional chairs, there's plenty of space for eight to dine and relax.
Upstairs, uncover a small laundry cupboard, complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sleeping and bathing
Four equally beautiful bedrooms await at Harthill, each with a zip-and-link bed for flexible sleeping, a Smart TV with Sky, and an ensuite with heated towel rail for added convenience and comfort.
With a super king bed and large tartan headboard, the master bedroom is a soothing space to rest as night falls. At the far side of the room, a sofa in sumptuous ochre tones beckons, a dream spot for soaking in sweeping Lakeland views. For stowing belongings, you'll find a chest of drawers, with additional storage in the walk-in wardrobe. Within the ensuite bathroom, a large walk-in rainfall shower and a modern freestanding slipper bathtub invite relaxing self-care rituals.
The second bedroom has a sumptuous king size bed, with a tartan headboard and orange lamps resting atop the bedside tables, ensuring a calming glow for literary nightcaps. Admire rolling country vistas from the two accent chairs, thoughtfully placed for slow mornings with a comforting cup in hand. For storage, there's a chest of drawers, and a full length wavey mirror. You'll find a large walk-in shower with a rainfall head within the ensuite with rich copper fixtures, the perfect spot to awaken your senses each morning.
Equally inviting, bedroom three offers restful calm after dark, with a king size bed and grand tartan headboard in gentle tones. Framed by golden lamps, the space becomes a cosy haven for late-night unwinding. For stowing belongings, you will find an open wardrobe, and a chest of drawers in harmonious shades. Crafted for ultimate serenity, the ensuite bathroom boasts a rainfall shower, complemented by opulent copper details throughout.
Setting the scene for serene slumber, the expansive fourth bedroom features a super king size bed, with a tartan headboard and curtains in harmonizing hues. Between the dual windows, there's a boucle-topped ottoman, with the addition of a sweet reading nook before a tall lamp, plus plenty of storage within the built-in wardrobes. Within the ensuite, dual sinks and a spacious shower for two await, promising indulgent rainfall moments to share. There's also a floor length mirror beside the ensuite.
You'll find a downstairs toilet for added convenience, with a heated towel rail to keep towels fluffy and warm.

There is private parking for up to four cars at Harthill.
Babies and children
Babies and children are most welcome at Harthill. A travel cot and highchair are provided on request.
Dogs
Up to three dogs are most welcome at Harthill. A bowl, blanket, towel and bed are provided per dog. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break.

Take in nature's spellbinding display via a short, gentle stroll along the shore or reach the mountains peaks with a more challenging hike, whichever avenue you choose, this gorgeous destination is a heaven designed for a range of skill levels. If you'd prefer to unveil the magic via the water, experience Windemere's mesmeric backdrop on board a short sightseeing cruise, or for a little more freedom, there is the option to hire your own rowboat for the day - an utterly romantic way to explore. In the sweet village of Ambleside awaits Beatrix Potter's antique-adorned 17th century farmhouse Hill Top, a must visit for literary enthusiasts. In the heart of the Lake District is picturesque Grasmere, former home and source of inspiration for famed Romantic poet William Wordsworth. Here you can discover the story at both his perfectly preserved former residence Dove Cottage and the Wordsworth Museum. You'll also find the historic Grasmere Gingerbread shop where the sweet, Victorian dessert originated.
