The café has been completely refurbished and now offers extensive outdoor seating areas offering stunning views along the coastline across the harbour towards Thorncombe Beacon, Charmouth and Lyme Regis. Looking the other way towards Burton Bradstock you have the imposing golden cliffs that are so well known along this coastline. A great spot to see the Jurassic Coast in all its glory.
Little sister to the much-loved Hive Beach Café, this is a smashing lunchtime venue nestled behind West Bay’s shingle beach. Informal (order at the counter) yet incredibly cool, here you can get huge bowls of Exe mussels steamed in Dorset cider, Lyme Bay crab sandwiches and one of the best cod and chips in the county.
Inside you’ll find a bright, cosy and chic setting that shows off the cakes, drinks and sea food thats available. The large windows and folding doors brings the outside in making the decked area and extension to the café itself.
