We know how gorgeous our retreats are, but don’t just take our word for it – here’s what previous guests say about Little Tolver:

Lovely and warm and loads of hot water. Tastefully furnished. Perfect garden. Lighting very good.

The house, garden and location are fantastic for a peaceful break. House is very comfortable and warm which is essential on wet and cold days. Fortunately, the weather during our stay was unseasonably sunny and dry.

We had a wonderful stay at Little Tolver , the location was perfect. We will be looking into booking with Boutique retreats again

A lovely property in a very peaceful location. Very well located for beautiful coastline and many excellent tourist attractions. We especially loved sitting in the garden enjoying the view of St Michael’s Mount.

The cottage was very spacious and comfortable, with a private walled garden. Many of the most iconic places to visit in south west Cornwall are within 30mins drive. It’s a beautiful area to visit.

We have stayed in this cottage before and would definitely book it again. Lovely cottage, ideal setting, very peaceful.

Little Tolver was a much needed rest and relax for us. It is a lovely place to spend time. The cottage is well set up and the welcome basket was best we’ve had on one of these trips! Filled with tasty & practical things.

The cottage is well situated above the beautiful Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens and the public footpaths around it offer a lovely walk with the dog. The view from the cottage garden is spectacular with a clear view of St Michael's Mount and is a sunny area all day long, which is great when the sun is out! The cottage itself is a great size for a 2-bed house and is a lovely period property. Just watch out for a couple of low doorways if you are six foot or over!

Comfortable cottage in a great location

Fully met our expectations and we had a lovely break as a result.

Little Tolver is a stunning retreat with everything you could need to relax after exploring Cornwall.

Very spacious for a two bedroom cottage. Location is fabulous, just a short walk down the road to the Sculpture Gardens. A short drive into Marazion or Penzance. Very quiet location.

A beautiful cottage in a quiet location yet within easy access to shops and beaches. Views to die for

This was beautiful - quiet peaceful and close to the A30 allowing access to the much of Cornwall. Kitchen was wonderfully equipped - parking no problem and the nice chap who manages it was so very helpful.

A place to return to

Lovely, comfortable and well-equipped cottage set in the stunning Cornish countryside but within easy reach of towns, beaches and places to visit - one of the most relaxing places we have ever stayed in!

Really well equipped and very comfortable- great location with lots to do within 15 miles .

A beautiful cottage, more space even than the pictures suggest. Beautifully simple and gorgeous views from the garden.

We thought the cottage was perfect for our stay and really felt at home. We have stayed in several of your properties and have never been disappointed. Beautiful location and a wonderful holiday.

Lovely quirkly cottage in great location with beautiful views to St Michaels Mount. Be aware the final half mile to the property is up ( or down) a very narrow lane. To walk a dog you would walk down or up the lane first. Though the Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens at the bottom are superb and dog friendly.

This is a secluded location, ideal for adults. Very nice property with stunning views of St Michaels Mount.

Wonderful cottage to escape to with great views of St Michaels Mount from the garden patio. Thoroughly recommend for a Cornish retreat!

This cottage was truly perfect! The interior, location and views from the property were magnificent. We would love to visit again.

Ps the welcome hamper on arrival was a lovely touch! We loved the Cornish produce.

great location and lovely cottage.
