Set in the countryside on the rural fringes of Marazion, Little Tolver is perfectly positioned to explore the beauty of West Cornwall, from the sweet coastal destinations of Mousehole and St Ives, to the golden beaches of Porthcurno and Sennen.
Living
Promising, white-washed cottage beams, oak floors and exposed granite, the spacious sitting room is a heavenly place to gather, offering a choice of seating to stretch out in style in front of the wood burning stove. For staycation entertainment, you'll find an array of games along with a Smart TV.
Eating
The charming, kitchen and dining space is simply a dream to craft and dine, with beautiful shaker cabinetry offering everything you'll require for crafting feasts, including an oven with induction hob, whilst a farmhouse table for four resides for mealtimes of every occasion.
In addition, you will find a seperate utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sleeping
There are two beautiful bedrooms to choose from at Little Tolver.
Promising pretty garden views and a soothing colour palette, the master bedroom with a gorgeous French king sized bed is a divine space for lingering lie-ins. For storage you'll find a chest of drawers, two bedside tables a built-in wardrobe.
Offering flexible sleeping solutions with a double zip-and-link bed which can be changed to twin beds, the second bedroom is equally calming, with subtle pale blue details and original floors.
Bathing
Set between the two bedrooms is the elegant family bathroom, where a freestanding roll top bathtub with a showerhead beckons for bubble topped soaks after days spent uncovering the local culture.
There is also a spacious, contemporary large wet room with slate floor downstairs.
Garden
Step outside through the charming stable door into the enclosed walled garden through the charming, where idyllic country scenes and views across to St Michael's Mount ensure the dreamiest spot to while away your staycation hours. Alongside a spacious lawn, you'll find a raise stone terrace where a table for four promises a scenic space for alfresco meals.
Parking
There is plenty of parking at Little Tolver, all private and next to the farmhouse.
Dogs
One dog is most welcome at Little Tolver. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break.
