Perfect location for a beach holiday - only a few minutes walk. Hot outdoor showers great for rinsing off on return. Well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer plus multiple drinks fridges. Pans big enough to cook for large group which is not always the case. Spacious living areas and comfortable bedrooms.

A family favourite.

Probably the best view of the stunning beach at Mawgan Porth! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. Step out of the garden directly onto the South West Coast Path. Be on the golden sand in minutes. Cosy & well equipped large home, perfect at any time of the year.

Absolutely perfect and even better than it is portrayed on your website.

The bed linen and furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was well kitted out and the location was amazing.

Without doubt a fabulous location - just steps from the beach.

Most wonderful experience at top notch location! We were thankful for the quality products provided for our first breakfast. Perfect UK experience!

Perfect location and the views were amazing.

One of the nicest locations in Mawgan Porth, a two-minute walk down some steps to the beach, this is a wonderfully-equipped luxury house with every amenity making a holiday in Cornwall so comfortable.

The house is in the most amazing location and has everything you could want for a relaxing break. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely fabulous location in amazing villa with everything we could possibly need for a holiday with family and friends just a few steps from the wonderful beach of Mawgan Porth of which we had an uninterrupted view. Would definitely return.

We had a captivating and a pleasurable stay at the cottage. Clean and well maintained cottage. Will highly recommend to my friends and relatives. The amazing view and the sound of the ocean is to die for. Anyone managed to book this Cottage are lucky as it is high in demand. If we get a chance we will definitely visit this Cottage again.

Unique location that is worth every penny!

Beautiful location, exceeded our expectations. House was clean, modern and very well equipped.

We had a really enjoyable time in this beautifully presented home. A lovely garden, grate sea views and outdoor south facing sunny dinning, with well considered outdoor shelter from the sometimes harsh Cornish wind. A superb front line location.
