Just a few miles from oh-so-popular Padstow and the rugged north Cornish coast, you're ideally situated to explore this wonderful part of the country and being dog friendly too, it means your furry family members don't miss out either.
Living and eating
The immense living, kitchen and dining area occupies over half of the ground floor. Eye-catching slate floors with underfloor heating and glass windows ensures this is a sunny, warm space complete with a wonderful wood burner for instant cosiness. The sitting room has a huge, large grey leather sofa which easily seats ten, an armchair, coffee table, Smart TV with sky, Sonos sound system and bifold doors that open out to the garden.
The bespoke, hand-crafted dining table is made locally from oak and is the perfect setting for celebration meals, busy breakfasts or a good old-fashioned roast dinner, all overlooked by the eye-catching artwork of Jethro Jackson. The wood burner creates a suitably cosy ambience whilst for summery days you can open the glass doors to let the outside in.
The kitchen lies next to the dining area and as you would expect comes fully complete with everything you need to rustle up feasts for your loved ones. The heart of the kitchen is the immense electric La Canche cooker with induction hob, whilst the neutral toned stacked tiles and hand-crafted cabinets and worktop makes this a joy to cook in and all the usual appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Next to the kitchen lies a fabulous utility with American-style fridge freezer, and separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
