With a huge open-plan living space, en suite bedrooms, hot tub, summer house and sprawling garden, this is a wonderful escape for a group of friends or a large family gathering. Just a few miles from oh-so-popular Padstow and the rugged north Cornish coast, you're ideally situated to explore this wonderful part of the country and being dog friendly too, it means your furry family members don't miss out either.

Living and eating

The immense living, kitchen and dining area occupies over half of the ground floor. Eye-catching slate floors with underfloor heating and glass windows ensures this is a sunny, warm space complete with a wonderful wood burner for instant cosiness. The sitting room has a huge, super-soft sofa which easily seats ten, an armchair, large coffee table, huge Smart TV, SONOS sound system and glass doors that open out to the garden.

The bespoke, hand-crafted dining table is made locally from oak and is the perfect setting for celebration meals, busy breakfasts or a good old-fashioned roast dinner, all overlooked by the eye-catching artwork of Jethro Jackson. The wood burner creates a suitably cosy ambience whilst for summery days you can open the glass doors to let the outside in.

The kitchen lies next to the dining area and as you would expect comes fully complete with everything you need to rustle up feasts for your loved ones. The heart of the kitchen is the immense La Canche cooker with induction hob, whilst the gorgeous teal tiles and hand-crafted cabinets and worktop makes this a joy to cook in and all the usual appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Next to the kitchen lies a fabulous utility with American-style fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

We know how gorgeous our retreats are, but don’t just take our word for it – here’s what previous guests say about Broadview:

Broadview is an absolute gem with views to die for. Owners Sam and Rachel couldn’t be more helpful. Just perfect in every way.

Trevear Farm - Stunning properties, fabulous views & perfect location to explore Cornwall.

Absolutely wonderful holiday. Surpassed our stay from the year before. We loved it!

Gorgeous home with everything you could wish for for a fantastic family holiday by the sea. We had a wonderful time

It was perfect, in every way. Becca, at Trevear Farm, was a remarkably good communicator and ambassador for the retreat.

Exceptional

Hugely exceeded expectations - on all levels - house quality, facilities, furnishings and contents. A really fabulous house with amazing facilities come rain or shine. Rachel was always responsive and attentive when needed. I rarely leave reviews but Rachel has really created a special home experience.

This house is beautiful inside and out and it was a real treat to stay there . We made some really wonderful memories . Sam was a brilliant host and the Grandchildren loved the tour of the farm and visiting the pigs every day! The swimming pool and gym are amazing and the grounds are brilliantly maintained. Everything was just perfect. Thank you! Lisa October 2023

A fabulous property, exceeded our expectations in all areas. The owners have thought of everything and the property is very special indeed

Am amazing place to stay. We came with the whole family including a 2 year old and a 4 year old. They loved the huge open-plan space to run around in. Sam took us on the farm tour which was great fun - the boys loved the tractors and collecting eggs for breakfast. We had the swimming pool to ourselves each morning which was fantastic. A truly memorable holiday. Thank you.

Exceptionally well kitted out, amenities on site were excellent, & the hosts Rachel & Sam were very welcoming & friendly. Returned home more relaxed than we've been in a long time!

Fabulous property, stunning, peaceful location - perfect for a group holiday, as plenty of space and amazing facilities with the private hot tub and guest pool. Spotlessly clean. Definitely hope to return. We were there to celebrate a ‘significant’ Birthday. Lots of happy memories made.

Broadview is just beautiful and the surrounding countryside is so peaceful. The owners are perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. A little bit of heaven.

We are regular guests and huge advocates of Trevear Farm. Sam and Rachel run a military operation, the standards are Sky high and every stay has been impeccable.

Simply gorgeous

Broadview is a stunning property in a great location, with stunning views. Our 6th visit to Trevear Farm. The owners, Sam and Rachel, work very hard keeping the properties and site in an excellent condition. Pool, new gym, steam room and Robert’s bar are a bonus. Would recommend the farm tour for anyone with children. Already planning our next visit.

Honestly one of the best places we've stayed - and we've stayed in lots! The attention to detail and thoughtful domestic touches (dustpan and brush, washing up bowl, aircon, bottle steriliser, beach towels etc) were really appreciated. It was really clear the team care about their guests and want to make their stay as luxurious, stress-free and easy as possible. The owner Sam was responsive and helpful, the pool was incredible! We were blown away by the cleanliness and spotlessness of the whole estate. Have already recommended it to everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Broadview and were sad to leave. The property was clean, well equipped and a great location, close to Padstow and A39 for day trips along the north coast. Clearly a huge investment by Trevear Farm and would recommend any of their properties to other large families or groups.

Stunning accommodation and thoughtful hosts

Top notch property, immaculately presented. The on site hosts were friendly and very responsive and we felt very well looked after. Stunning shared pool.

Beautifully appointed house. Outstanding interior design whilst being homely, relaxing and comfortable. Very useful having downstairs bedrooms for disabled mother in law. Very well equipped with excellent facilities. Having the pool available was our reason for booking and it was a key highlight to our stay. My only regret is not staying longer!

Rachel and Sam went above and beyond to help us during our stay, from the amazing trip round the farm for our children, fixing my husbands bike rack and always being at the end of the phone for any questions we had, they made our stay the relaxing retreat we hoped for. The house was amazing, very well equipped and beautifully furnished, we did not want to leave. Highly recommend Trevear Farm, a fabulous base to explore the stunning North Cornwall coast.

If you asked for a perfect retreat with everything you wanted Broadview would be it. Beautiful, immaculate property with stunning views and so peaceful. The lovely owners were so friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for. Can't wait for our return next year.

Fantastic family holiday home everything top notch. Dogs loved it.

Unbeatable location and property. You will never want to leave

Cannot fault Broadview, everything was perfect. Sam and Rachel are perfect hosts making our stay an incredible experience. I have no hesitation in recommending a holiday at Broadview, it rates amongst the best I have ever experienced in over 50 years!

Beautiful house whose owners have immaculate taste in design and decor.

Broadview is the most amazing family/friends party house. We, as in 9 ladies, had the most fabulous time in the house celebrating a few big birthday's and would highly recommend it for a family/friends gathering. It has everything you need to have the most enjoyable time with so much space. We loved our stay and really did not want to leave. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise and we all really enjoyed every single minute of our stay. Thank you to Sam and his family for keeping the house and the whole farm so immaculately beautiful. Loved it.

Beautiful house, perfect stay over the Christmas break - everyone at Trevear Farm was extremely friendly and helpful. Would love to go back in summer time. Thanks again for having us!

A great place to stay in a lovely location,

Fabulous location and amenities

Stunning property and we couldn’t have had a warmer welcome. I couldn’t recommend this property highly enough. Everything was perfect. We were well looked after but it wasn’t intrusive either. Loved the peacocks!

If you need to escape, then this is the place to go

We had a fabulous time at Broadview, excellent space & facilities to enjoy gorgeous Cornwall, even on a wet day.

The personal attention from both Sam and Rachel before and during our stay was magnificent. For example delivering a replacement bbq gas bottle within 15 mins of a plea for help when we were half way through cooking Exceptional.

The property we stayed at surpassed all our expectations. The facilities, area and welcome from Sam and the staff made our visit memorable in so many ways.

Thank you for making our 2020 New Year so special.
