Special lower occupancy rate
A special lower occupancy rate applies outside of school holidays, peak weeks, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year. At Harlyn Beach House, the discount for four guests and under is 20%. At this rate, bedrooms one and two will be available for you, but bedrooms three and four will be excluded.

Living
Overlooking Harlyn Bay and framed by a stunning stone archway, the living area of Harlyn Beach House is a dream for drawn-out moments savouring uninterrupted ocean aspects. Exuding tranquillity, neutral tones adorn this space, while natural textures and coastal-inspired artwork reflect the spellbinding setting.
Creating a dreamlike summer sanctuary, the terrace door can be opened on balmy days to welcome gentle breezes from the ocean. Meanwhile, the cosiest fireside moments await in the cooler months from the L-shaped corner sofa or armchair. A flatscreen TV promises evening entertainment, just made for settling down with a glass of something special in hand.
Eating
Decorated in neutral hues and adorned with open shelves, this rustic open-plan kitchen and dining space features the perfect blend of the traditional and modern. Taking centre stage, a wood-topped kitchen island resides in the middle of the room and creates a welcoming space for conversations over chilled flutes and culinary creativity. Assisting creations are a white Aga, double oven, and a fridge-freezer.
Next to the kitchen, the dining room features a table with leather banquette seating and traditional armchairs for mealtimes - all served with a bewitching backdrop from the ocean-view picture window.
Sleeping & Bathing
There are four luxurious bedrooms at Harlyn Beach House.
The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a sumptuous king size bed draped in the finest linens and topped with comfortable throws and cushions. A soothing palette embraces the walls and stunning views are beautifully framed for mesmeric ocean gazing from the occasional armchair Adjacent is the ensuite bathroom, with a deep bath for soothing soaks after coastal forays.
The second bedroom, also on the ground floor, presents a super king bed that can be transformed into two singles upon requirement. Boasting breathtaking views of the Atlantic surf, this dreamy space calls for leisurely mornings of breakfast in bed and nights of blissful slumber. Adjoining the bedroom is an ensuite with a large, walk-in digital shower.
The third bedroom resides on the first floor and features twin beds bedecked in the finest linens. Especially perfect for the little ones, it also has a cosy armchair for moments curled up with a favourite book or game. With an ever-changing landscape outside, this bedroom enjoys an almost panoramic view of the bay, overlooking the captivating coastline and twinkling sea beyond.
Find the fourth bedroom on the first floor and uncover a cosy sanctuary, decorated in tranquil tones and coastal artwork. For restful nights and lingering lie-ins, this peaceful bedroom affords exquisite views and features a king size bed dressed in the softest linens for soothing oceanside slumbers.
An additional shower room resides on the ground floor complete with a digital shower, as well as a cloakroom with an additional WC.
Outside space
Set on the romantic North Cornish coast, Harlyn Beach House takes pride of place above one of the county's most spectacular beaches. Curated with stunning outside spaces, its salt-kissed decks and manicured gardens create an idyllic sanctuary for otherworldly escapes. While away dreamy afternoons in the fully enclosed and private garden, and when you're ready to explore, follow a private footpath from the doorstep to seek blissful shoreside moments for all generations.
For alfresco dining, bayside banquets can be savoured on the raised decking area where a barbeque, table and chairs all reside. Or, for picnics on the shore, fill a hamper with local, artisan treats and walk the few paces down to Harlyn Bay for unforgettable hours of escapism.
Dogs
One well behaved dog is welcome at Harlyn Beach House. Please note, there is an additional fee, per week or short break. This property is only able to accommodate one dog, and would be unable to welcome any additional dogs.
