Nestled on the beautiful coastline of Harlyn Bay, this retreat boasts an enviable location and is just a short stroll from the beach. Sandy toes make their weary way back to a welcoming home - walk through the door and you'll find a relaxed pad, perfect for catching up with each other whilst gazing at the truly commanding sea views - seen from all but one room.
Special lower occupancy rate
A special lower occupancy rate applies outside of school holidays, peak weeks, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year. At Harlyn Beach House, the discount for four guests and under is 20%. Please call the office on 01872 553491 to book.
Living
With huge windows overlooking stunning Harlyn Bay, the living area certainly makes the most of its views. Gorgeously comfy L-shaped corner sofa, wood burning stove, cushions and throws make this room super cosy in winter. Throw open the windows and you'll get the cool sea breezes through on warm days. A fab telescope set up by the window means you can watch the surf and skies, and maybe spot a dolphin or two.
Eating
The cute kitchen has everything you need to rustle up a meal or two for your brood, and with an Aga, huge oven and American style fridge-freezer, feeding hungry tummies shouldn't be a problem. We love the wood-topped island for extra space, and stools tucked underneath if you want company whilst cooking. The dining room, just off the kitchen, has a great trestle-style dining table and pretty Welsh dresser, as well as that fabulous view.
Sleeping
Sleeping eight, there are four simple-yet-ship-shape bedrooms at Harlyn Beach House. There are two king size en suite bedrooms downstairs, whilst upstairs there is a further king and a twin. Decorated in cool, muted tones of grey, blue and white, you'll fall asleep with the sound of the surf in your ears.
Bathing
On the ground floor you'll find a shower room and a cloakroom with additional toilet. The two bedrooms on the ground floor are en suite, one with a large, deep bath (perfect for long soaks) and the other with a large walk in digital shower.
Outside space
Outside is a gorgeous, fully enclosed private lawned garden with bags of space for little ones and doggies, and of course the fantastic private footpath just for you which meanders down to the beach. There's also a raised decking area with table and chairs to make the most of the views and to indulge in a little al fresco dining.
