Seriously cool and oh-so-inviting, this wonderful coastal home, a Huf House built in 2012, offers spectacular views and 1,750 square feet of stunning living space and 650 square feet of Millboard decking - this is chic, coastal nouveau living at its best.

Built mostly of timber and glass, step inside and you'll discover open-plan living, a 180 degree vista across the countryside and out to sea, two en suite bedrooms with balconies and luxurious, opulent furnishings to make your stay the ultimate in relaxation. Outside there's terraces on which to sprawl and a tucked-away garden - plus it's dog friendly too!

Set in the pretty village of Perranuthnoe close to Marazion and St Michael's Mount in west Cornwall, Angel View is perfectly located to explore the best of the west, from the Lizard around to St Ives and beyond.

Living and eating

Angel View has a wonderful open plan living and dining area, making it a perfect space for spending time together, whether you're a couple, a family or friends staying together.

With floor to ceiling glass windows wrapping around almost three of the house's four sides and facing over the village and out to sea, the views are simply spectacular, and you're guaranteed a different view every day. This has to be one of the best places for weather watching, whether it's a gloriously golden sunset or a tempestuous, stormy winter's day. And with electronically controlled blinds throughout, you can be hidden away from the world with a flick of a switch.

At the far end there's a huge, sweeping sofa that undulates around the impressive, sleek and modern Stuv wood burner, creating the ideal setting for late nights sat watching the flickering flames, or lazy afternoons curling up with a good book.

To the other end lies the dining area with Fritz Hansen table and chairs perfectly positioned to make the most of the stunning views, whilst at the room's centre, a glass door slides open on to the sun-soaked terrace.

The galley kitchen lies to the back and is a wonderfully sleek affair with crisp white surfaces and appliances all discreetly tucked away. But don't be fooled; it's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to rustle up meals, with a main oven, combi-microwave oven, hob, dishwasher and all the other essentials including a De Longhi coffee machine.

In addition, upstairs you'll find a large study/living space, perfect for those who need to catch up on emails or work or find another yet another view of the village.

Sleeping and bathing

Take the stairs up at Angel View and there's two stunning bedrooms to choose from.

The jaw-droppingly beautiful master bedroom is just a dream with floor to ceiling glass windows facing southwest, making the most of the magnificent views across Perranuthnoe and out to sea. With a sumptuous super king-sized bed with pretty in pink velvet headboard, you'll never want to get up, and long lie ins are a must! Step through the glass doors and you'll discover your own full-width, private balcony with chairs and a table for two - the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, watching the stars above and moonshine glitter on the sea. In addition, there's an en suite bath and shower room, Smart TV, and the windows have full-length blinds should you want some privacy.

The second bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows, looking over the village and countryside beyond. It benefits from a king-sized zip-and link bed, meaning it can be made up as twin beds or a double, perfect for older children, family or friends staying together. This lovely room has an en suite shower room and door leading out on to a balcony plus a Smart TV.

Both beds come adorned in sumptuous bedding, top-notch linens and luxurious cushions and throws to help you drift off into a blissful nights' sleep. Both en suites have heated rails to ensure towels are always warm and fluffy for you.

Outdoor space

To the front of Angel View lies a wonderful wrap-around deck, elevated to make the most of the spectacular views over the countryside towards the sea. Here you'll find a sofa and chairs for outside living, plus a dining table with bench and stools plus an electric grill barbeque. Sun loungers are available in the pretty garden for lazy sunny afternoons - we just love the ancient olive tree and its wrap-around seating.

There is plenty of private, off road parking.

The Longest Beaches in Cornwall

Cornwall is home to many beautiful beaches: the golden frontiers between land and sea. But which are the longest beaches in Cornwall, and where can you find them?

We know how gorgeous our retreats are, but don’t just take our word for it – here’s what previous guests say about Angel View:

Stunning and luxurious property, we have stayed at many holiday homes over the years This property exceeded expectations and we felt more relaxed and spent more time in the home and stayed much more local than we ever have before.....Will definitely return

Great property and stunning location.

Stunning house - we absolutely loved it.

Special house with wonderful views

Beautiful retreat, very luxurious, we had a wonderful stay there. Jennifer is a super housekeeper.

Beautiful property in a stunning location. We did not want to leave!

From the moment we arrived it did not fail to impress, from the luxury of the home to the breathtaking views. We was greeted by Jenny who contacted me in the morning to get a rough eta, after showing us how to work the doors, blinds etc we was welcomed with the most delicious scones, jam and cream, bottle of champagne, sourdough bread, yellow roses and a card from the owner and his family.

Russell and Jenny were amazing in welcoming us. Angel View was spotless, we were greeted with scrumptious treats and received the most detailed information on a property to date. Location is perfect for exploring Cornwall or just staying at the house to enjoy the views - great food options in walking distance. We would highly recommend. Thank you!

Wow wow and wow! The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the magnificent views, we didn’t want to leave. The village was idyllic with a short walk to the beach and a fantastic pub that served great food.

Very stylish house in a picturesque village with great amenities close by

Superb modern house in beautiful setting in quiet unspoilt village with 2 excellent cafes and pub. on the coastal footpath and few minutes walk to pretty beach.

Angel View is a brilliant house and our stay couldn’t have been better. From Russell’s courtesy call and local recommendations before our stay to the meet and greet from Jenny and her support throughout, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The house is extremely comfortable and we love that it was both remote and yet still so close to the water/beach. For the couple of days that it rained, the house became a great sanctuary for us to relax in comfort and still enjoy our time.

Beautiful property in a lovely location
