From the moment you step through the door at Treetop Cottage you are greeted by sumptuous interiors. This impressive, welcoming home is an ideal getaway for those wanting lots of space indoors and out and with a fully-enclosed garden it's a wonderfully safe space for children. Located close to the world famous surfing beach of Polzeath and the Nathan Outlaw territory of Port Isaac you are truly spoilt for choice. Padstow is a short drive away and a fabulous choice for all the family, with its famous restaurants and quaint lanes, peppered with independent shops.


Living

Relaxation comes as second nature at Treetop Cottage and the house offers space in abundance. The formal sitting room boasts a vaulted ceiling, a huge wood burning stove, two large Chesterfield sofas and two floor-to-ceiling windows frame and overlook the garden. It's a lovely, cosy spot whatever the weather with games, books and a Sonos sound system. Adjacent to the kitchen is an L-shaped sofa perfect for snuggling up on in front of the 50" Smart TV. The incredible cinema room plays hosts to original 80's seats each numbered individually for that perfect movie experience. Draw the drapes and choose your entertainment, an X-Box for the gamers amongst you or just kick back and play a movie on the 55" Smart TV with soundbar, perfect for film or game nights!


Eating

Designed for socialising, Treetop Cottage has an incredible kitchen. With eye-catching mirror tiles the kitchen is fully equipped with a range oven, ceramic hob, integrated appliances including fridge, freezer and dishwasher and all the other gadgets you could possibly need (including the all-important coffee machine). Cooking feasts and snacks alike will be a real pleasure, plus there's a breakfast bar that seats four for meals on the go. The dining room has an eight-seater In Vogue dining table which overlooks the garden, with doors that open onto the terrace during warmer months. In addition, there's a utility room complete with an additional fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and lots of drying space.


Sleeping and bathing

There are four spacious bedrooms to choose from. Downstairs, you'll find two twin bedrooms both with a large double wardrobe, dressing table and Smart TV. They share a family bathroom with a deep bath and separate rainfall shower. Upstairs, the bedroom to the front of the house is totally glamorous with a sumptuous black velvet king size bed, black velvet chairs in which you can sit and gaze out of the window enjoying uninterrupted views of the beautiful countryside and a fabulous en suite with freestanding bath and separate walk in shower. The bedroom to the back of the house is decorated in romantic shades of ivory with a king size bed, two chests of drawers, Smart TV, a dressing room and a balcony overlooking the garden. The en suite has a rainfall shower for relaxing after a day exploring. All the bedrooms come complete with Egyptian linens, anti-allergy bedding, throws and cushions to ensure a blissful nights' sleep, whilst all of the bathrooms have heated rails to keep towels warm and fluffy. In addition, you'll find a shower room next to the utility room, ideal for washing sandy toes from the beach.


Outdoor space

There's plenty of outdoor space at Treetop Cottage, from the expansive terrace with high backed rattan chairs surrounding the dining table, L-shaped rattan sofa and barbeque for al fresco dining, further chairs and coffee table, luscious hot tub and a log cabin complete with a ping pong table. In addition, the perfectly enclosed garden has lots of lawn space - perfect for children to play in safety whilst you relax with a glass or two of something chilled.


Babies

One travel cot and one high chair are provided and are kept under the stairs. Please bring your own bedding.


WiFi

Treetop Cottage has WiFi so if you need to stay in touch with the outside world you can.


Dogs

One dog is welcome to stay at Treetop Cottage. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break.


Parking

There is plenty of off road, private parking set behind an electric gate.


In the Area

Ideally located for the beautiful north Cornish coast, there's plenty close by to keep everyone entertained. Of course, you've a plethora of incredible beaches just a short drive away, such as Polzeath, Trebarwith Strand and Harlyn. Cyclists can indulge their passion along the Camel Estuary with bike hire and wonderful views. North Cornwall is a walker's paradise; there is an abundance of trails to follow for the novice to the seasoned trekker. Bodmin Moor can be found inland and highlights the true beauty of Cornwall. There are plenty of restaurants to enjoy nearby, the best ones are the St Kew Inn, The St Tudy Inn, St Enodoc Hotel Restaurant in Rock and Nathan Outlaw at Port Isaac (always book well in advance). Jamie Oliver, Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth in their various coastal abodes offer a wonderful variety of dining day or night.
