Living
In a stunning open-plan design, the interiors of Fairlinch have been expertly transformed to create a luxurious living space. Perfect for moments of quietude gazing at the views and hours of togetherness with your favourite people, this light-filled room is a dream. Warmed by underfloor heating, it features floor-to-ceiling glass corner windows that reveal spectacular panoramas across the countryside towards Braunton Burrows, the River Taw, and the Bristol Channel beyond. Clean lines and contemporary styling are softened with Allermuir furnishings and organic textures, while patio doors propose the most magical indoor-outdoor living. Take a seat in the sumptuous boucle sofa or one of the two armchairs and absorb the views with a glass of something special in hand. When daylight fades and the landscapes glisten under a blanket of stars, seek entertainment from the Smart TV.

You'll also find a fridge/freezer dishwasher, washing machine and a microwave. Craft delectable feasts around the kitchen island with the finest local fare, whilst enjoying the backdrop of ever-changing skies beyond the windows.
