Living

There are plenty of lovely spaces for relaxing. At the far end of the house, surrounded by the spiralling staircase, is a stunning sitting room with vaulted ceiling. At one end, an original enormous fireplace (this was the original kitchen years ago) whilst at the other there are two Designers Guild sofas - one hot pink and the other grey.

The Red Room is the second glorious sitting room and comes complete with its own small spiral staircase - a firm favourite for little ones to access the first floor and brilliant for games of hide and seek! There is a cosy wood burner and squishy red velvet sofas to sink into - the perfect space for relaxing at the end of the day, and also the perfect Christmas room. There's plenty to keep everyone entertained, with books, family games, a Smart TV with Sky plus a DVD player on hand.

The excellent Boot Room is designed with muddy wellies, dog beds and coats in mind. With a vintage bench to help with putting on and off boots, plenty of hanging space and hampers filled with rugs and garden games, this is a very important room!

Sleeping

There are six gorgeous bedrooms to choose from.

On the first floor, you'll find five of the bedrooms. The magnificent master bedroom is just a dream with gorgeously curved beams, a heavenly French king-size bed and a dressing table. In addition, it has its own dressing room with plenty of cupboard space and an en suite.

The second king bedroom fashions a beautiful, embroidered headboard and boasts views over the stream and fields one side and the walled garden on the other.

Perfect for little ones, there are a further two bedrooms; one is a sunshine-yellow twin complete with window seat overlooking the garden whilst the other is a cosy bunk room with Feather and Black bunks with pretty eiderdowns.

At the other end of the house, up the double height stairs, you'll find a third king bedroom with pretty wrought iron beds and dark beamed ceiling plus en suite.

On the ground floor there's a second twin bedroom with Feather and Black single beds, window seat overlooking the walled rose garden and plenty of cupboard space.

All of the bedrooms come complete with super-cosy bedding, luxurious linens and sumptuous throws and cushions to ensure a blissful nights' sleep.

Bathing

The master bedroom has a wonderful en suite complete with large walk in shower and claw-foot, freestanding bathtub for two. The second double at the far end of the house has an en suite. In addition, there's a family shower room with large walk in shower and rainfall head on the first floor.

Outdoor space

Welcome to paradise! Nestled in the Devonshire countryside, this stunning country garden is nothing short of exquisite and offers plenty of lawned space for little ones, whilst borders are full to bursting with gorgeously coloured, deeply scented flowers backed by undulating shrubs and majestic trees. We adore the little arbour with a cute table and chairs (perfect for afternoon tea in the shade), whilst a larger trestle table and barbeque are just perfect for alfresco meals. In addition, sun loungers are provided and there is an outdoor swimming pool, available from Easter until the end of October, heated to between 26-28 degrees.
