Living, eating and dining

Promising the warmest of welcomes is the luxurious hallway, where a divine bifurcated staircase filled with striking art pieces leads to a plethora of charming spaces.

Overlooking rolling Cotswolds countryside through a series of Critall-style glass doors is the large, open plan living, kitchen and dining room, which seamlessly blends together for every occasion.

The first of the living rooms is a sun-soaked space, perfectly positioned to make the most of verdant vistas, where a cream boucle modular sofa provides ample space to stretch in style, accompanied by music from the Sonos speaker. You'll also find a further set of armchairs, a coffee table, and an additional Smart TV.

At the opposite end of the room, set beside a subtle lime-washed feature wall is the chic dining space, with a forest green striped upholstered bench seat and rattan dining chairs, beckoning for feasts on balmy days with the doors wide open.

Up a small set of steps is the cheerful, vintage-style kitchen, promising endless whimsy with sage green shaker units, antique brass hardware and a checkerboard-style mantle. A marble topped kitchen island rests centre, set beneath pleated pendant lights, and embraced by chic, rattan breakfast stools. A divine space for enthusiastic chefs, you'll find all you could ever need for whipping up gourmet treasures, including a rangemaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, two dishwashers, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Just next door is the darling pantry, adorned with adorable picture tiles by Maude Made, with mustard shaker cabinets offering additional storage space. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Discover endless splendour in the grand sitting room, where a beautiful stone fireplace, reclaimed parquet flooring and stunning arched feature alcoves in baby blue promise a sophisticated space to settle. A sanctuary for moments gathered together, you'll find a multitude of cosy spots to lounge in front of the wood burning stove, from the botanical-inspired Burford sofa by Warner House with a contrasting Loaf fondue footstool, to a set of endlessly sumptuous blue velvet armchairs with a mustard fringe. There is also a Smart TV for those wishing to unwind with a movie.

Along the corridor resides the quirky playroom, promising a bespoke built-in bench seat embellished with a unique light display. A dream for keeping the little ones captivated, you'll find a picture TV and a selection of toys for all ages.

Towards the rear of the retreat is the spacious boot room, with bespoke carpentry storage, a bench seat and plenty of hooks for hanging coats and jackets. There is also an additional WC, with sumptuous crimson-red wood panelling, and a stunning Victorian-inspired watercolour wash basin.
