At the far side awaits a showstopper kitchen in soft shades of blue, with bespoke cabinetry, a large kitchen island and barstool seating for two. Tempting with the dreamiest appliances for crafting culinary masterpieces, discover a Lacanche range cooker with an induction hob, Fisher and Paykel American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, Moccamaster KGB select filter coffee machine, and a hot water tap with filtered tap water. In the separate utility, you'll find the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Gather for mealtimes around the rustic trestle dining table, which comfortably seats eight for relaxed brunches and flavourful suppers. In the warmer months, draw open the doors to reveal your breathtaking surroundings, and let the sounds of nature soothe your soul.
Residing at the other side of the room, discover the living area, complete with two comfortable sofas and a cosy wood burning stove nestled within an antique Belgian fireplace. For melodious entertainment, you'll find a piano and a record player.

The master bedroom offers a soothing space to rest, with a super-king bed nestled between two bespoke wardrobes. At the foot of the bed, you'll find an antique chest of drawers for additional storage, plus a vintage mirror. For added comfort, there's a sofa bed in muted tones, and an ensuite bathroom with roll top bath for your morning self-care rituals.
Drenched in warm mustard tones, the second bedroom invites for blissful repose, with a rattan headboard in harmonising shades. Offering flexible sleeping arrangements, this super-king bed can also be made up as twin single beds. For stowing belongings, you will find a built-in wardrobe and an antique chest of drawers.
Evoking a dreamlike stillness, teal tones embrace the third bedroom, where a king size bed rests at its heart. A chest of drawers in harmonious shades offers a space to store your belongings. Bedroom two and three share access to the family shower room, complete with a walk-in rainfall shower.
Resting on the ground floor, with a striking red king size bed and enchanting views of loch and mountain, the fourth bedroom awaits. Relish slow mornings in bed, with a smart TV for entertainment. There is plenty of parking available at Dalriadan.
Babies and children
Babies and children are most welcome at Dalriadan. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. There are children's books and games in the snug.
Dogs
Up to two well behaved dogs are available at Dalriadan. The retreat is set on 66-acres of grounds, with plenty of space for dogs to roam. There is an outside dog bath with hot and cold water. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break.
In the Area
A delight for adventure seekers, a variety of activities can be enjoyed nearby, from fishing on Loch Creran, water sports on Loch Linnhe and cycling along the Caledonia Way. Spend days on foot, with an array of hiking routes waiting to be explored. A particularly beautiful route near Port Appin, walk from Jubilee Bridge to Castle Stalker, a picturesque medieval tower house nestled on a tidal islet on Loch Laich. For further historical enchantment, visit Dunstaffnage Castle near Oban, a partially ruined castle which dates back to the 13th century. Home to the Duke and Duchess of Argyll, visit Inverary Castle, stood on the shores of Loch Fyne. Please check the website for opening times, as these differ throughout the year. Take a ferry from Port Appin to the Isle of Lismore for walks, cycling and an excellent café. Or take a day trip from Oban to the Isles of Mull, Iona and Staffa.
