Made for year-round enjoyment, a modern wood burning stove brings warmth in the winter months, while outside a minimalist terrace reveals striking sea views and an inviting pool, balmily heated from April to November to set the scene for effortless poolside days against a breathtaking backdrop. When you're ready to explore, the sweeping sandy shores of Gwithian lie within easy reach of Polaris, perfect for laid-back beach days and embracing the swell of the Atlantic. The Red River Inn is within walking distance, with a delicious menu and inviting beer garden for soaking up the summer sun. Just a short distance by car, St Ives awaits with Blue Flag beaches, independent boutiques and award-winning eateries. Further west, Porthcurno beckons with cerulean waters and a spectacular stage for open-air performances at the Minack Theatre, while the National Trust's St Michael's Mount invites discovery, with its rich history and tranquil, subtropical surroundings.

Living and dining

In an open-plan design, the living and dining spaces have been thoughtfully curated for relaxing in blissful harmony. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, and large bi-fold doors allow natural light to flood the room, creating a serene space to gather and enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living on sun-drenched days. As the seasons change, a contemporary wood burning stove evokes a sense of familiar warmth after windswept rambles along the expansive sands of Gwithian. Recline on the generous sofa and settle in for cosy evenings in front of the Smart TV, made for indulgent movie nights and box set marathons. Seamlessly soundtrack your favourite staycation playlists on the Sonos portable speaker, which can be enjoyed throughout the retreat.

On the mezzanine, a cosy snug provides a restful spot to catch up on emails, complete with a writing desk and sumptuous beanbag for escaping into a faraway novel. On the first floor, a games room offers a sublime place to while away the hours, featuring a pool table alongside an additional living space with a comfortable sofa and large Smart TV.

At the centre of the open-plan living and dining space, an inviting dining table comfortably seats ten for long, leisurely suppers, where conversation flows effortlessly into the evening. Beyond the dining area lies a sleek kitchen, fully equipped and designed for easy entertaining. An array of integrated appliances reside within the contemporary cupboards, including a full-size fridge- freezer, Miele electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. A ProCook coffee machine, compatible with Nespresso original pods, adds a touch of luxury to your morning routine, while a wine fridge ensures your dinner pairings are kept perfectly chilled. Three bar stools sit at the kitchen island, with a vented induction hob opposite, creating a natural hub for watching meal preparations take place. In a separate utility room, you'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer.
