Living

This beautiful home offers lots of space for entertaining, whether you want to be all together or if you're seeking time alone with a book. The stunning sitting room is just lovely, with two large, comfy sofas, a wood burner, a window seat with unprecedented sea views across Mounts Bay towards St Michaels Mount, a television (with Sky and Netflix) and a large coffee table.

There's also a lovely pair of chairs nestled in the dining room looking out of the window and out to sea - a lovely spot for a morning coffee. Little ones will love the snug/playroom, complete with an ottoman, lots of toys, books and a television with DVD player.

Eating

Just wow - the impressive George Robinson bespoke kitchen in dark olive shades is just stunning, whilst the glass ceiling offers plenty of light and the exceptional sea views across Mounts Bay draw the outside in.

A cooks' dream, the kitchen comes complete with all the essentials plus more to create culinary masterpieces, from the Bertazzoni range oven, Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer and everything else you might need, plus a DeLonghi pump espresso machine, Sage juicer and even a waffle maker! The central island with wooden top offers plenty of prep space, so there's style and substance. There is a smaller dining table that lies right by the window to make the most of the stunning sea views, so whether you're welcoming the dawn over coffee and croissants or celebrating the sunset at suppertime, you'll be wowed every time.

For more formal affairs, there's a stunning dining area which easily seats ten in what was once the main entrance hall - a fabulous spot for dinner parties and celebrations.

In addition, there's a washing machine, double butler sink and tumble dryer in the utility room as well as plenty of space for coats and boots.

Sleeping and bathing

There are five gorgeous bedrooms to choose from.

On the first floor, the master bedroom with spectacular sea views is oh-so-romantic with a king size sleigh bed, white wooden floors, built-in wardrobes plus a chest of drawers and a television. On this floor is a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub for two which can be accessed either through the second double bedroom or the main hallway (it has 'Jack and Jill' doors).

On the second floor amongst the eaves you'll find a pretty double bedroom with wrought iron bed, dressing table and two occasional chairs. There is also a twin bedroom - perfect for little ones. On this floor, there is also a shower room whilst there is also a luxurious shower room on the ground floor - perfect if you've just come back from a day on the beach!
