Living
A calm and tranquil space that welcomes with neutral tones and organic inflections, the living area of Kairos is made for moments of utter relaxation. Adjoining the kitchen and dining areas in an open-plan design, the living area faces across the garden through large sliding doors, while underfloor heating weaves throughout, promising a deliciously cosy retreat in the cooler months.
A sumptuous steel blue sofa invites you to sink into its warming embrace, while a beautifully patterned chair promises fireside moments lost in the pages of a favourite book. Coffee tables adorn the space, ensuring there is always somewhere to place a glass of something special whilst reclining, watching TV or gazing across the fields beyond the garden.
Eating and dining
With speckled splashbacks for a touch of colour, the spacious kitchen is a culinary haven perfect for crafting relaxed breakfasts or decadent dinners, complete with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and retro fridge. A bespoke wooden floor-to-ceiling cupboard and shelving unit blends seamlessly with the deep grey cupboards and stone island for a serene space to prepare feasts.
Savour an aromatic cup of coffee from the Nespresso Vertuo as you gather around the kitchen island, complemented by three leather-backed stools, or take a seat at the striking handmade dining table with exquisite live edges and leather chairs. A beautiful console table with a captivating painted front completes the space, creating a room that invites you to move at your own pace as you sink into a Cornish way of life. And, tempting with the finest produce, West Cornwall is home to a myriad of farm shops nearby where you can pick up local dairy products, meats, and refreshing Cornish ales, wines, and spirits.
Sleeping and bathing
When the sun has sunk beneath the horizon and stars fill the sky with celestial displays, the beautiful ensuite bedrooms at Kairos beckon for nights of restorative repose.
The first bedroom is home to a luxurious super king bed with the finest linens framed by a two-toned headboard. Two bedside tables with statement lights hanging above invite you to escape into your holiday read, or you can turn on the smart TV for endless entertainment. Sitting pretty beside the window, a heavenly copper bathtub awaits. Overlooking the balcony and the fields beyond, it is the perfect place to sink into serenity. Open the sliding doors and let the fresh Cornish air envelop you as you soak in the tub's soothing depths or step out onto the covered terrace and bask in the sprawling views from one of the chairs or sunloungers. A feature wall of Venetian plaster rises behind the beds in both rooms, crafting a sumptuous space to rest, while a bespoke open wardrobe and dressing table offer space to stow treasures.
The second bedroom also features a luxe copper bathtub residing centre stage. A bespoke floor-to-ceiling wardrobe and drawers fill one wall, while dual aspect windows draw your gaze to the bewitching views beyond. An Oriental-style dressing table sits beneath the smart TV, while a leather occasional chair adds a flush of warmth to the soothing hues that enswathe the room. For utmost comfort, the zip-and-link bed can be used as two singles or a plush super king.

And when you seek a moment of true tranquillity, the decadent hot tub waits to draw you into its bubbling embrace as stars fill the skies above with a blanket of silver and gold.
Parking
Parking with an EV charging point is available in the carport to the front of Kairos.

Kairos welcomes one well-behaved dog. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break.
Babies and children
Children and babies are welcome at Kairos, and a travel cot and high chair are provided on request.
In the Area
Nestled in Cornwall's dramatic western reaches, Sennen boasts a storybook setting atop one of the county's most renowned surfing beaches. Sennen Cove and its neighbouring beach promise golden sands, azure waters, and rolling waves that draw surfers from all across the country. Fill your days with sun-warmed adventures along the coast, before dipping into The Old Success Inn for a refreshing tipple and flavoursome repast.
Along the coast, Land's End is a rugged display of cliffs hewn from granite that marks the most south-westerly point in the UK, with more breathtaking beaches beyond, including the Mediterranean charms of Porthcurno. Above the honeyed sands sits one of Cornwall's most remarkable landmarks, the Minack Theatre. Carved into the very cliffs that hold it aloft, this open-air theatre unveils spellbinding views alongside renowned performances, ranging from Shakespearean retellings to magical musical interludes, all backed by the soothing sounds of the sea.
