From sunrise you can feast your eyes on the fabulous view, clear blue seas and white sands of St Ives.

There's a lift but also a travertine stairway which leads up to your private entrance and landing. Step into your light and airy apartment with its hardwood floors and fab interior. Slide back the bi-fold doors and marvel at the stunning view from your balcony overlooking Porthminster Beach. Later on sink into the over-sized corner suit to soak up the view or just relax in front of the SMART TV with a glass of fizz.


Whip up a storm in the bespoke kitchen by Cornish designer and maker Rozen, this black walnut kitchen with cool stainless steel and Silstone quartz worktops is completed with high-end Miele appliances including a two zone wine cooler, oven and warming drawer, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob and dishwasher. A washing machine/drier is tucked away in a cupboard in the hallway. On starry nights, enjoy a post-dinner tipple on the balcony and listen to the sea lapping on the beach below.


After a day on the beach retire to the bedroom where the four poster bed awaits. Drift off to sleep and when you wake head out onto your balcony with a morning coffee to enjoy the stunning view out to sea and over Porthminster Beach below.


You will be spoilt for choice between the sumptuous main bathroom with Villeroy and Boch bath and separate shower with natural stone and subtle lighting or the amazing en-suite with huge walk-in shower designed to be big enough for two!


A parking space is provided within the secure parking area with gate entry system. Within the parking area is a lockable bike store and to the front of the apartments, a storage area for surfboards.


West Penthouse is fully WiFi ready, so if you need to keep in touch with the outside world you can.

Walk hand in hand across soft sandy beaches and discover lesser known miles of dune-backed beach which is often deserted.

Experience modern and contemporary art exhibitions at the Tate St Ives beside Porthmeor beach, one of Cornwall's top surfing beaches, and wander through sub-tropical gardens littered with sculptures by one of Cornwall's most famous artists, Barbara Hepworth.

Take the coastal train ride which runs beside the coastal path. Watch gaping sandy bays, rugged cliffs and rolling waves as you chug by then head back to the hustle and bustle of St Ives.

Join in the latest water-sports craze and explore Cornwall's watery fringes on a stand-up paddleboard. Easy to learn and a great way to see the coast, SUP can be practised in flat water or in the surf, and is an ideal activity for everyone.
